Sure
If they see a player with a lot of potential then spend a late round draft pick.
It mightn't work out or they might hit gold.

Danny Gorrer was an UDFA and he's looking very promising

Chris Carr could walk into Indy or New England right now and be a starter on their weak rosters at that position. Could even return to Oakland

He thinks of himself as a starter and he'll get opportunities elsewhere

Hell if Frank Walker can land with the Cowboys then Carr should definitely get a role elsewhere

edited for spelling

I'll say it again, every time I see that name I gag. I can't believe we made it to an AFCCG with that guy starting 5 games.

If Ozzie lets the Pats take Webb, he fails. I don't care if we get a 1st round pick, picks are overrated, he is young and proven and we MUST retain him.

Honestly, I would rather us keep Webb over Gruubs or Rice. Great corners are hard to find.

I could see us going after a veteran corner in free agency, probably for depth, just to add a veteran to our CB corps. But I am really pleased with our group of corners, especially after Carr and Foxworth were cut. Now lets focus on getting Webb his long term deal.
