Am very happy to hear this but Ed Reed is past his prime and I feel he's hurting the team by coming back.... End sarcasm... LET'S GET IT. I know the team usually doesn't make big moves but if we have the cash to spare I say we spend it on either another pass rusher or a veteran blocked and address receiver through the draft. We haven't made a big free agent move in a while but atleast show the effort to the vets who are risking it all for a ring.

You guys are sincerely surprised about this? There was never any doubt in my mind. He disappears at the end of every season to decompress, it's his process. He said in an interview that he was going to play until the wheels fall off. He loves this game.

I feel confident that he'll be here for another 5 years. The hip surgery probably added YEARS to his career. Go get em Ed.

honestly, i never really thought he was leaving....first, webb said a few days after the game that he was excited for next year and he knew Reed would be back 1 more year. ray lewis and ed reed are going to go out together and go to the Hall of Fame together....man Baltimore fans are going to run that town
