Get Luke Kuechly and put him at Sam until Ray retires to move him at Mike.
Move Suggs to Right DE
Move Ngata to Right DT
Right Cory Redding and move him to Left DT
Maybe get Freeney and make him Left DE and yes he's old.
Plus his brother is a teacher at Rockville HS in MD...LOL
Release McClain and Ellerbe
Resign J. Johnson and B. Ayanbadejo.
Let Zibby go and keep Haruki.
Try to get a tall CB (6'2 - 6'4) and maybe after Ed Reed retires L. Webb can move to FS.

Uhhh... couple of changes.

If we move to a 4-3, I'd rather not make Ngata and Redding "left" and "right" DT's. Ngata should be the 1 technique, and Redding should be the 3 tech. No to Freeney, let Kruger and McPhee play LE. If we were to move to a 4-3, we'd let go of JJ in a heartbeat. That man could never play in a 4-3. Period. Lastly, WE ARE NOT MOVING WEBB TO FS. I am tired of hearing that. You do not move a shutdown corner to FS just because he "played it in college" and Reed retires. You just don't move a player of his ability.
