Mobile Skin On Desktop Computer

I've been wondering this for a while now but I didn't bother making a topic about it since only now did I realize how annoying it can be.

When editing or quoting a post with the mobile skin, HTML tags (</p>) are added inside the post. The annoying part starts when you hit the 'Post' button and you see that all blank lines between paragraphs are gone, making the reply harder to read. This only happens when using the mobile skin on a computer. It's just fine from my phone.

Is this the way it's supposed to be and am I the only one having this issue?

I'll add it to the list. I thought that problem had been fixed because the 1 poster that it happened to stopped and I have noticed them infrequently. I can't moderate from the mobile skin so I have gotten used to the other .
