Ten was a great album. Try Backspacer, its their best album in my opinion. Particularly the Song High Amongst the Waves

Yeah Rearviewmirror is a very good album. I enjoy it a lot.

This. Their first 4 albums are awesome, black album is pretty good, but that's when they started turning to the dark side. Read - they completely sold out after the black album. I've been told their latest CD is a lot like the old material, haven't heard it though.

Yup, Cliff was the bassist on the first 3 albums, Kill 'Em All, Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets.

Im okay with some of the stuff after the Black album but I agree the older stuff is better. ReLoad is the one I liked thats after the black album.

I am planning on getting my first Mastodon cd this friday at House of Guitars. Im planning to get Blood Mountain or The Hunter since there older stuff is more "scream" which im fine with but I really like there newer stuff its less scream but still amazing. They know how to create cool melodies.

Great news!!!!! Motley Crue and Kiss announced a tour for 2012! There are two Florida dates, and I got tickets Thursday!! Its for July 28th at the 1-800 Ask Gary Ampitheater in Tampa. Im so excited. I finally get to see the Crue live!!

My dad is a huge Kiss fan and Crue fan. I like them both since I grew up with them. I know every kiss song not by title but all lyrics lol. My father and I are gonna see them on this tour. This year has been great for heavy metal!

I heard rumors Metallica is creating a festival where there will be Metal bands that are upcoming. They want it to be a permanent festival that will happen forever. I belive it will be in NJ but I am not sure. This will help keep metal alive and help bands get noticied.

For those people who say that metallica after black album sucks I have to disagree. I thought Load was at least a decent album and Death Magnetic is definitely a good album. I think that is what they should have released a long time ago. it's a good blend of their old school roots with new age sounds.

Heard this song on Octane the other day and it reminds me of old school metallica.

It would be a shame to. I wanna see kiss without the makeup lol. They probably look like the living dead. I have the same birthday as Gene Simmons lol. I've seen the Crue recently, and they all look alright except Tommy, who is looking rough. They were in that SB commercial.
