Waiver Wire Order?

anyone know how the waiver wire order is determined in most leagues?

It usually is determined on standings (and if tied in standings, than points for) for the start of each week. Then once someone makes one transaction they then fall to the end of the waiver wire for that week only.

For example. You are in first place at the beginning of the week. You would be last on the waiver wire. During the first waiver run if every other team makes a transaction execpt for you, you would then be #1 on the next waiver run (Depending if you have more than one waiver run per week).

Also if you have two transactions pending. One would go through, and it would run through the other teams, then come back to your second transaction.

It's simply in theory but complicated to explain in writing.
