I guess you can add TO to the list of WRs...or at least he would like to be a Raven NOW..since he has no other options

I dont want him..but Im sure there will be some who do

Didn't he already try to get on an NFL team? No one wanted him then I doubt anyone wants him now. Especially with all the FA WRs.

I would take T.O. with a performance incentive contract, why not? you think he gonna cause trouble when he didnt play last year.

There's one blind T.O. supporter, the Ravens had a chance to sign T.O. in each of the last three years and they passed so why would they sign him now especially with a
good crop of younger WRs being available in free agency and the draft.

I don't want T.O. either, my member name says it all regarding who I want but understand the chances of the Ravens signing him are very slim. A guy can
dream can't he? LOL

Ok so, do we have cap room to sign a receiver who wants big money? No, I am blind right, you must be too. Right Vjax83? The name says it all ! Vjax is not coming here unless steve and Oz park the brinks at his house. Which is not happening, unless he takes a serious pay cut, which I doubt. So have a good day homie. T.O. isn't coming here either, he is close to hitting rock bottom, no SuperBowl contender will touch him. He was a free agent in 2009, 2010 and 2011 and the Ravens passed on him so explain why would they sign him now when he's older?

Would anyone be interested in Mike Wallace? He will be tendered and we would have to give up a 1st round pick. However, they are in worse cap shape and wouldn't be able to match anything. I don't know if I would give up a first but could you imagine? Any thoughts?

I don't want any Steelers on this team. Plus I don't think him and Webb would get along...

Keep building our WRs through the draft. Torrey Smith has worked out extremely well, and come next year will be our best on the team. Finding a cheap #3 replacement for Evans is probably all we will do.

People wanna play fantasy and Madden and get these big name guys in free agency. They don't understand the money they would cost and the cap room we currently have.

We have enough young WRs now with Torrey, Doss, and LaQuan...Ozzie says we need to bring in another WR, it will be a free agent WR probably a 2nd tier guy who can be that 3rd option or he can come in and push Doss and LaQuan and may the best man win

After Boldin and Torrey no WR made any kind of impact, we desperately need a true #3 WR to make an impact and Joe would like it I'm sure

Out of the available WRs I've researched (Bowe, D. Jackson, Stevie Johnson, and V. Jackson) Bowe is the best bet, for one reason: he has the most uncertainty at QB. The other guys (maybe not Johnson) have established QBs. Also, they have good shots at the Super Bowl (maybe not Johnson). Why would they want to leave? Therefore, we should consider Bowe.

Bowe is going to want too much $$ and I'm sure another team will pay him if the Chiefs dont....I think the Ravens will sign someone we dont really have on our radar or possibly make a trade for a WR ? who knows

Wasn't Lloyd released by the Broncos to the Rams?
yes... they cleared house for tebow failure. I think Elway wanted Luck. Remember the Broncos have a history of tradeing their finest.... Hillis B.Marsh B.lloyd J.Cutt

Braylon Edwards could be a solid option, his stock is low so he won't be in high demand.
He's still young and could fit with Cam's offense due to his size and speed.

Robert Meachem I'd look at. Maybe Braylon Edwards, he did have a very good year last year, even with Mark Sanchez throwing him the ball. I have a feeling though the FO will probably draft somebody. I'd rather try and fix the offensive line in free agency.

I really don't see Evans leaving. We were certain Cam was out the door after the AFC championship loss (not that it was his fault, but that it was his time to go). We were shocked to find that he was staying. Some of us have been shocked to see Ricky retire. We were both shocked and disappointed to see Pags go. I think a lot of you are going to be shocked when the glistening headline appears: "Lee Evans stays in Baltimore."

If we are looking at receivers then the only ones I would be interested in signing are the two receivers who specialize in Kick/Punt Returning.

- Ted Ginn

- Eddie Royal

Both are excellent Kick Returners and that is what we need more than anything. We had nothing but horrible field position against the Patriots, and quite frankly I'd rather Webb concentrate on defense than returning Kicks. Why not bring in Ginn or Royal to help improve our special teams. Bringing in one of them helps our offense more than getting another receiver for Joe. It gets us better field position on offense, and less yards to go for Joe and the offense and both have the talent to take it all the way so Joe and the offense may not see the field.

Holmes had issues off the field and of course he's become a problem for
the Jets (lockerroom cancer).

Ted Ginn is an unreliable receiver and would be only special teams for us. Royal would be better but he isn't better than Lee Evans. I'll pass, we already spent the pick on Evans might as well ride it out.

To a team outside of the division though. There's no way the Steelers would let Mike Wallace go, let alone just have the Ravens trade for him.
