Joe Flacco UD Blue Hens Jersey?

Hey guys, been a bit, loss hurt...

For a while now I've been trying to get my hands on a Flacco college jersey but have just had no luck. 3 Ravens Flacco jerseys to my name right now & as a huge fan I'd love to get a Blue Hens one to basically complete the collection. So I'm curious, has anyone had any luck finding &/or purchasing one? I'd really appreciate it if anyone had info to share.


I've found one off the Delaware website but I'm not sure it would be too nice, looking for something like an NFL shop premiere or authentic jersey (I know I might be getting too picky here haha)

I found 2 on eBay but they are huge. Used to be quite a few of them available a year or so ago. Keep looking there.

They changed the uniforms after Flacco graduated, so that jersey on the official UD website is actually the new-look jersey and the number is currently worn by starting WR Rob Jones.

You'd have to look on eBay for a Delaware jersey in the style that Flacco wore. However, there are no premier or authentic-style Delaware jerseys. There's also several different replicas that were on the market because Delaware didn't land an exclusive-rights contract with an outfitter until Flacco and RB Omar Cuff put the program on the map.

Basically, it'll be hard for you to find a jersey that looks like the ones Flacco wore during his time at Delaware. There's different versions from different manufacturers and they've stopped selling the old-style jerseys locally here in Newark.

That's a knock-off. A really bad one, at that.

The CAA patch was never commercially-sold on any UD jersey and the numbers look to be poor-quality.

Also, the University of Delaware has never had players' names on the back of jerseys. This is meant as a throwback to the days when the name on the front of the jersey mattered more than the back.

& 3XL wouldn't look too good on me, I'm more of a Medium(refer to the display pic)

I saw one like two years ago at a sports collectible store near Ocean City... dunno if they still have it. I think if you want something authentic, you're gonna have a hard time. Even in Delmarva, they're pretty rare. Plenty of cheap knockoffs though.
