I think the point is, if you could make any deal for any player, who would it be and why i.e. the original poster mentioned trading a D-lineman and a draft pick for Larry Fitzgerald. I personally don't see that as very realistic for either side.

thats a dream for sure

Have you played Madden before? If you have, even once, I'd say you're more than qualified to take over for Cam.

I'm trying to take my fantasy Ravens squad to the promised land. Just clinched the conference first year with Jake Locker. If we don't make it though we're 8th in points scored Cam is getting the axe since we don't have the testicular fortitude to do so in real life. Side note Cam can really do himself a favor by making Joe look like top qb though all the credit would probably go to Caldwell if he plays well this year. He has the ability but seems too stubborn to adjust when things aren't working or waits too long to do so. The best thing we can hope for is him making us a top 5 offense and he gets picked up by one of the many teams that will fail this year.

I was hoping they'd do it this year, but a couple of people have told me that Cam's time in Miami has soured people on him. Who knows though, it looks like hiring retread coaches is the thing to do these days. But I would agree, the more success we have as an offense the more likely it is that some team will take a chance on Cam.

Numbers were nowhere near good enough on offense especially after the Miami fiasco for a team to want risk its future on him. Want to have a good laugh, check Cams college coaching career on wiki. Indiana has a price on his head.

Yeah I saw that. That was when I was doing research trying to find a quarterback tutored solely by Cam that succeeded. Philip Rivers and Drew Brees had guys like Norv Turner and Marty Schottenheimer calling plays and coaching them.

Another guy we like to malign is Andy Moeller, the O-line coach, and it's interesting that his father coached with Cam at Michigan. Funny too, is the list of Cam coached at Michigan - Jim Harbuagh, Elvis Grbac, Todd Collins, Derrick Alexander. Three former Ravens, two of them quarterbacks. Sometimes I really feel Harbaugh's biggest flaw as a head coach is that he likes his friends and people he knows around him, and usually backs them over anyone else.

That's the way Hard-Ball operaes, but that's also the way our organization operates.
