thats pretty damn good then.... anyway, this is a fun game. the only problem of Cam is receivers hands, and ST, but ST is more so a problem for the whole team

Yes, that's good but very annoying when your team is going to a 3rd n goal and he calls QB Draw in the shotgun...

The irony behind this post is that people wanted him to be unpredictable and they want him to do new and exciting things, but because it doesn't work it's stupid and annoying. The funny thing is, if it did work, Cam would look like a genius. That's the risk in being an offensive coordinator. Everything you do can be scrutinized for anything. You can be hated for being simple and predictable, but then get yelled at for calling an end-around or QB draw. Or, you could be a unpredictable coordinator who calls a complex offense, but then get hated when the offense is overcomplicated or when you decide to go for it on 4th, or when you get stopped on 3rd and 1 after calling a pass that went incomplete.

The truth is, offensive coordinators have the hardest job in football. They can be scrutinized for every little thing. Meanwhile, the playcalling isn't always to blame, rather the execution. I guess people just like to make excuses for the players that screwed up, but not excuse the coordinator.

I'm not the type of guy that really apreciates inovation in offense. Our Run offense in 2008/09 was a beautiful thing for me, but since we are trying to be a more passing team, I'm not liking Cams play calling. The WRs drops helps a lot but I think our team should move on and try something new on offense, because our players showed a lot of potencial and talent and we weren't an offense that put fears in the league.

Everyone this year was saying "Jim Harbaugh got the 49ers to the NFC Championship, he is the best coach we have seen in a long time" etc etc. Remember, John Harbaugh got us to the AFC championship his first year here too
Together....We can do ALL things

Harbaugh needs to create a slogan for himself. Something like "GET BETTER IN CRUNCH TIME."

In all seriousness, I really really like Harbaugh as a coach and what he has done for us. But he needs to improve in the nitty gritty moments.

Yeah but we got lucky cuz flacco was third on the depth chart. Harbaugh was going to ride it out with boller*bangs head on desk*....ozzie and devine intervention took place.

If Harbaugh were to win a SB here, he'd be the best coach that the Ravens have had even above Billick.
He's hard, he brings discipline to the team, he doesn't let any one player be bigger than the team, he also doesn't let the team morale get too low either. Before we beat the pats in the '09 WC game, he spent the whole week telling the team how great they were..because he knew they didnt think they could beat the Pats. They did.
Also, he's a classy guy who doesn't make the team or organization look bad by garaunteeing victory. He preaches that even in victory, he, the team, the organization still needs to improve.

What more do you want from a coach? He makes the best decisions possible to put the team in a position to win, year in and year out.

IMO Harbaugh will be here ATLEAST for another 10 years.
