Not too sure, I know they also have the Rob Gronkowski Spike he does but they seemed to add real celebrations of players who do something cool(Tebowing, Salas Dancing, Gronkowski Spike, etc) but nothing else of other celebrations were added.

Interesting, it says under play career that you can be a player or a coach. I guess we just wait for Monday to find out more

Well they only released a couple details on game play and that was about a new pass-ready system, improved play action, and an all new read and react AI Defensive System.

EA is releasing more info on Game Play on Monday which is supposed to be some monumental change that "creates the most authentic football experience to date, blurring the line between virtual and reality." Also info on Connected Careers come out on Monday.

[/quote]but it really seems everyone is "drinking the koolaid," no? they give you a bunch of new terms coined as new improvements and features. this has been going on for the better part of a decade now, but it's no more fun than 05-07. sure, graphics look better, that's technology. i personally don't like the presentation, it's messy, flamboyant. how many games does it take for you to hear the commentary repeat? if we didn't keep giving them money for poop, they wouldn't keep giving us poop.

You do realize that there is a brand new team making Madden and that when they came in they doubled the amount of people they had working on the game. Also from what has been seen so far, they have fixed some problems and even have a brand new commentary team, brand new presentation(similar to CBS), and they are releasing info on on Connected Careers and some new monumental game play change that will change Madden. Give this new team a chance, I mean at least they are trying hard in their first attempt.

My mind is blown! The way they detailed Connected Careers and how you can be a coach, any current NFL Player, Hall of Fame players, or your create a character and how you have goals and have to accomplish goals to gain experience points that can be used to upgrade the attributes, makes me want to pre-order it now!

No it's offline as well. It's just offline and Online Franchise along with Superstar Mode, and Head Coach 09 all into one game mode.

I can't wait to play this game. Me and my friends had a lot of fun with Madden 12 but once MW3 came out we haven't played it. I am hoping this game can compete with Black Ops 2 for playing time (especially as Madden sounds better than BO2 right now). One thing I am really happy about is no more potential. Finally, and it sounds like the whole thing is reworked. I want to play it now.

I can't wait to play this game either. Finally Franchise Mode or Connected Careers actually has replay value. I mean you don't have to start a new CC just to be another team or coach. Now you can sit there and coach the Ravens for 6 years, move on and create a new coach and start over on a new team without having to re-start everything as it would be all within the same mode. You can be a player and go through his career, I'm excited about it.

Read the whole thread....pretty interesting. I have been saying I'm not buying another Madden and every year I do lol. I hope this year lives up to some of the expectations all of us have for Madden football. My biggest "want" would be simple. Add the man it's named after back to the game! Miss the "Boom!" lol

the fluidity is better then last year though its not 2k5 but its getting there slowly.
