I wouldn't name it that, I'd just refer to it as that, like how people say "my son" or "my grandma."

 

I WOULD name a cat The Honorable Sir Fluffington Wigglepantaloons The Third. But that's just continuing the tradition of weird names in my family... so many mispronunciations...
