That adjustment to shotgun in da arizona game impressed me. Last season was his best since 2008 three headed monster running attack. I think 2009-2010 was a big problem. Last season mostly player execution inclduing offensive line was the major issue.

Cam Cameron wanted more control -- they fired the OL coach (scapegoat) fired the QB coach (didn't get along), and let Al Saunders go who was the offensive consultant. Cam had full control of the offense because there were "too many cooks in the kitchen and voices in Joe's head" so he worked directly with Joe last season. John Harbaugh marked how they had a great relationship working together and the offense had a ton of success and he was proud of what they accomplished. Sounds like everythings fine..
But now they want to bring in a new QB coach? What does that really say about last year with thinning the offensive minds on the staff to now bringing in another position coach? We're going to bring you back but are taking away some responbility from you again? Sounds like to me Harbs wanted to keep Cam, and the FO said "OK he can stay, but we want another offensive mind in there because the offense has to be better"

How can you say we performed well on offense this year when we had key losses that altered the AFC Championship game's location like Jacksonville, Tenn, and Seattle were Cam's incompetence was the straw that broke the Camel's back and cost us W's.
This is embarrassing as a Ravens fan, We needed to do some overhauling this offseason to cut out the weakest links, we've already failed miserably. Bravo, Ravens, Bravo

In all honesty, I'm fine with him coming back as long as there is a qb coach.

Look, I hate the decision. It sucks. But I punched a wall, went for a quick run, and I've moved on. It's done. I'm over it.
The Ravens won a division title with Cam. Whether that was in spite of him or because of him is irrelevant. The point is, it happened. At this juncture, I really don't care because I'm still stinging a little from last Sunday and I'd rather just forget about football entirely until the draft.
These are good points but it is entirely frustrating. There are a lot of times when play calls would've looked better if the players simply executed but there are so many problems with Cameron.
Running Boldin deep every time (whats a slant?), Ray Rice up the guy, 7 step drops when our o line sucks...
Ugh. Just ugh.

1. Cameron gets to stay because Harbaugh is in denial.
2. Pagano was sought after because of a successful season.
3. Very low draft pick
Not looking forward to much next year. I can honestly say I wont be buying ANY Ravens merchandise in the off season. I am beyond frustrated right now. The only thought that got me through the beginning of this week was that I was certain Cameron would be gone.Harbaugh is wasting valuble time with our key players. The offense is moving horizontal..... we are going to hear the same excuses next season about execution.

The Ravens played 11 games this year including the post-season against teams with a top ten scoring defense. Six of those games were in division, so that trend may not be much different next year.
As much as I'd like to have seen a new OC, we were one catch and possibly a kick away from the Superbowl and he had nothing to do with either of the mistakes that kept us from being in Indy.

Another year of lackluster performance by the offense. This guy just plain blows at his job.
I guess it's job security for Harbaugh, as long as Cam is on the staff the heat's off him.
I'm writing off next year right now, there is no way a team can win a Super Bowl with Cam at the helm.

Okay okay, the media said Cam is doing great with our offense cuz mostly media are Steelers fans and they don't want us to succeed offensively; that's why. If Cam is good as media praising him, why in the world no team want to interview him???????Pagano was 1yr of DC and he's interviewed and accepted for a HC job.

One bad season ain't define billick...it was that boller experiment that failed him. Dude was tripping over his own feet...no poise. At least cam can get it right...john needs to get cam to be on point more often. Cam designs good plays...but calling them Is not on point....I think john will ask for plays more often and pull rank next season.
