Look what happened with the Pats, They beat up on sub .500 teams all last year, losing every game vs winning teams (except us.....AAGGGHHH!!!!) They demolished the .500 broncos, and then the Ravens gave them superbowl tickets wrapped in the finest gold leaf paper, and a pretty little bow (AAAGGGGHHHHH IT STILL HURTS!) Then they lost when they faced real competition. Brady only through like 2 or 3 TD's in the playoffs (not including the Broncos game because that was more of a hard practice than a game) Where as in the regular season Brady was throing 2 or 3 TD's a quarter vs the weak teams they faced which didn't harden them up enough for real competition. I'd rather go 12-4 vs hard teams than 14-2 vs poor teams.

Ravens vs Texans
Ravens vs Patriots
Texans vs Patriots
Right now I would say those two games are going to be crucial in determining the final seeding so H2H is going to really play a factor and I will consider both of those games must wins for the Ravens to get the # 1 Seed. I am certainly going to be circling those games on the calender when the dates are announced.

Last season I would rather have done the 14-2 vs easy teams. Then we would have had 1st seed and beaten the Pats at the Bank.
Oh well.

Just add them to the list with the Bengals, Steelers, and Colts. I want to beat them just as badly as the other 3 teams.

Those lame games at Tenn., Seattle, and Jax cost us the 1st seed in the playoffs.

We played Washington at home last time we played the NFC east in 2008.
Jim Caldwell : 2-14, fired, now coaches our Qbs.
