Agreed. I don't see any push over games in the schedule at all. Some would argue that Cleveland is but I would tend to disagree. As enemic as their offense was, their D was actually pretty decent.

S M H ....difficult ain't the word...

Not to be negative but I can see next year being one of those years we finally don't make the playoffs even though we have a good team...

Doubt we go 6-0 against the North again with the Target now on our back and I doubt we go 3-1 against the NFC east like we did 4 years ago...through in the Pats,Chargerz and Carson palmer who always has done well against us...next year will be super difficult..

A lot of prime time games though...assuming at least 4-5 ( pats, steelers, maybe 2 from the NFC east, and possibly Broncos or Chargers)

Can't really comment on the upcoming schedule in January but, based on this year, it's definitely not a cake walk.

Why would we want any "push over" games? We all know those game went last year see Seattle and jags.

So? It doesn't mean the team is going to struggle against poor teams next season.

Considering all our losses this year, this might be a blessing in disguise. Not to mention the Steelers won the SB the year they had the toughest schedule in the NFL and we made it to the AFCC.

Not that any of that matters if Cam Cameron is coming back...

i love the schedule! to be the man you gotta beat the man! the Ravens are the defending AFC North Champions and this schedule reflects champions. the Ravens were only 1 game (a few seconds actually) away from playing in the SB and the 2 teams that are playing in the SB (patriots and giants) are on their schedule. you gotta love that! the Ravens play "up" to their competition. you cats in here are a scary bunch! lol! smh!

I like this schedule. Will force the team to stay focused throughout the season without many lapses. Also, with the defenses we will be playing I would love to see what Flacco can accomplish next year(hopefully with a new OC). I feel our defense will be fine. Should make next season that much more interesting. Of all the games I do wish to have early it will be the Texans game, but I feel it will be scheduled later to have more meaning. Love this team but really hope it doesn't come down to that game cause they will be tough when healthy.

So many match up nightmares in that schedule. The Giants front 4 and 3 WRs, Patriots entire offense, Eagles entire offense, Cowboys WRs and DeMarcus Ware, Steelers in general as a team, Bengals cov 2 defense and AJ Green+Dalton being a year better, San Diego's offense, and Houstons entire team.

Another advantage is we will most likely be playing people we will need to face in the playoffs or possibly a SB. At least we will have film on them. I expect to see a surge from the offense next season.

We were 6 - 2 against those teams this year...I'll take it!
I've already planned my victory party for the Dallas and Philly games lol

Why do we always seem to play away to Washington never at home?
[/quote]

Washington was at home last time.

Remeber it was 7,358 degreese below zero that night.

I know everyone is moving on to next season... but this season is still haunting me... just seeing how everything is already panning out... Pagano leaving.. Cam probably staying.. really makes me believe this was our year... How likely will it be that will go undefeated at home again? Sweep the division again? This year felt really special & the Pats beat no winning team till us... and we gave the game away. Ugh I just really don't believe they deserve to be there and everyone is talking about the legacy of TB & BB. He played terrible but he gets a pass because it was a top defense... but Flacco gets flack for the same thing... sicking just sicking.

I believe that was the game Ed reed forced a fumble and then ran it in for a TD, i couldn't remeber who's house that was in though. And if we play SD in SD that's 3 straight times in the past 5 years

The Ravens schedule looks similar to the Steelers. The Steelers get to play the Redskins and Tennessee for their two easiest games.
Both the Ravens and Steelers schedule looks difficult.

I don't really understand the logic of punishing teams which finish with a good record with a difficult schedule the following year. I could understand tweaking the schedule a little but this Ravens schedule looks ridiculously hard, at least at first glance.

Because the NFL is a league that tries to force every team to finish with a .500 record

I can't wait until September. When the Ravens start playing football again the painful memories of that last minute of the Pats game will be well in the past.
