Who Will Be Leaving With Pags?

IMO, if I'm a Free Agent, I'm not looking at dollar signs. I'm looking at a team that can get me where I've wanted to go since I entered the business. The Colts are not the team that are going to get back to a Super Bowl any time soon. They'd be lucky to see the playoffs while Pagano is the HC.

No, that is not a crack on Pagano; that's a statement on the condition of that organization. Regardless what happens with Manning, it's going to tie-up a lot of salary cap for them. Lucke isn't going to come cheap either. The Colts need an entire defensive makeover, but at the end of the day, they can't afford our guys. They might get one or two, that's it. The Colts also need to rebuild their O-Line and get some better weapons for their QB (regardless who it is) to throw to.

Face it, the Colts have had their run at the Super Bowl for 10+ years now, only capped it once.

They've got another five-years of rebuilding to do before they could be consider a REAL contender again. IMHO, Pagano just made a "career decision" that isn't going to pan out well for him. I wish him the best of luck, see him on Sunday!

We must keep REDDING AT all COST. point blank.

Take CARR, J.J and foxworth.
Why at all cost? He's over the hill, and his potential replacements are on the roster.

Really. Bad career move IMHO. He was only a DC for a year. How much can he know about HC? And with the dregs of that team. It will be years before they get anywhere. Good luck. He is going to need it.
I am with u saying its a bad move... mostly because they are in the rebuilding stage even if they keep manning after finally seeing how bad they are without him... and in the NFL it always about winning and if he can't turn them around and make them a contender again in the next 3 or 4 years he may be looking for job again... Its going to very tough winning over Houston and even TN has a shot when everyone is healty... out of all the coaches that have left Baltimore for a head coaching job based on their performance here are usually stuck looking for a new job again. I am really surprised that Rex and Lewis still have their jobs... Rex may have made it to the championship twice but that organization is really messed up...

Yeah, this off-season is not starting well for us. Hopefully things change for the better...

I'd be content with guys like JJ, Zibby, Nakamura, McClain to go. Hopefully not Cary or Webb (unless they want to give us their Lucky pick (see what I did there? ;)).
I don't want to see McClain go either... I think although there will never be another Ray Lewis.. McClain is a very good linebacker and if he confines to play with Lewis until Ray retires he can fill in great... if we need to lose a linebacker I am OK with losing Ellerbee JJ and Ayenbendaydo(spelling is probably wrong). I hope we draft a good middle linebacker that can learn under Ray and take over NEXT to McClain when Ray retires.

Who's contracts are up?

JJ, McKinney, Redding, BA, McClain, Nakamura, Zibby... I could see any of them in Indy. Maybe he'll take Chris Carr off our hands, too?
here's who i feel from your list that can go with caoch Pagano....

McKinney
BA
Nakamura
Carr

hopefully, the Ravens keep the other guys.

Maybe the other two, but not Ayenbendayo. He's a special teams monster. I like when he is on the field at kick-off.

I can see Carr and Foxworth not coming back and Evans too,
Just out of curiosity, why Evans? I totally see why you'd suggest that the other two would be leaving, considering the young talent we have at that position. Evans is valuable still, though. So, I was just wondering?

i don´t get why a lot of people are okay with mcclain leaving. he called the plays when ray was down and put everybody in his position on the field. he learned a lot from ray over the years. he is a warrior. and he is the closest to replace ray when he is done that we have. some guys put more hope in an unproven college guys than they put on their own players.

jj will be missed if he is gone. some people might realize that sooner or later....

Wayne man what the hell? You've been on this board since like what, 08?

This better be undetected sarcasm...

I would bet many fans left after that AFC championship game... It seems alot of Ravens fans are angry and bitter now. The grass is always greener on the other side or so some believe. I have been a fan for 7 years now, no way I could ever root against Lewis/Reed, or Ravens in general, would be a tough thing to do I guess.

He is only 2 yrs older than J.J , i d much rather have Redding over J.J ,plus i think Redding would be Cheaper.

We can afford to let JJ go if the coaching staff is confident Kindle can come back and be the guy we expected him to be

Via BA's Twitter account: "@brendon310: Most likely staying a raven for life :0) I love the owner coaches players staff fans and baltimore!"
Also, when asked by a fan if Pagano's departure changed his mind, he replied "not really"

Nothing against a man trying to better himself, but anyone stupid enough to follow him over to the post-Peyton Colts deserves what they get.

Really? You think fans left because we played well, yet lost a close game to a very good team? Seriously fair weather fans there.

He's only two years older than JJ, but JJ is almost 31, if not already. So thats really not helping your case. I would rather have Redding over JJ, but its time to let the young guys start.

Or we can find someone else in the draft. I don't think Kindle is ever going to be that guy based on how this season went. There has to be reasons he was hardly ever active and reports are that he was having balance issues as well. I hope I'm wrong but it just seems like his injury affected him more than is being said.

Hope, the FO don't let our younger CBs go. Cary Williams and Webb are great players and if Reed retires we need then in the secondary cuz I don't trust Zibby or Nakamura enough to be our FS...
