Cam Cameron needs to go, everyone has been saying that since the 09' season. He's ruining Flacco like he ruined Drew Bree's first couple seasons. If everybody remembers Bree's wasn't elite until he got to New Orleans (That's because Cameron was his coach in San Diego!)

Isn't it funny how the Ravens get little or insincere respect in the national media, and how they get hated on and ridiculed by other teams & players. Or, sometimes we might be good, but we're "never good enough".

Yet everybody's trying to steal personnel from us, or scam us in the Draft, or imititate us in some other way. Hey if we're not good enough when the cameras are rolling and there's an open mike, then we're not good enough to rip off in shady backroom deals either. Can't have it both ways.

This article further supports the theory that Harbs has a stranglehold on his little empire. Apparently he only wants to be surrounded by his cronies and yes-men, and anybody deemed a challenge to his ego is told not to let the doorknob hit them. I guess we should forget about bringing in some outside assistant coaching talent (e.g., OC) with fresh ideas and get used to the status quo.

With Pagano going to the Colts I think it is time for Ray Lewis to step right into Pagano's spot. There's no one better out there. Ray can stay with the Ravens without tearing his body up. He can vicariously play through the players he coaches. He already has their repsect. The most important reason is that Ray will never leave us for another team like all the others have.

I might not feel so bad about this if it was anybody besides someone named 'Irsay'. That said I wish him well and hope the Ravens can get someone who is willing to stay for longer than one year. The come and go in this slot is downright ridiculous.

moderator - yeah but thats only 2 coaches and indy could go ahead and try to take those 2 from us - if we have a limit on the number of coaches that can be taken from us - that would be only 2 coaches what - what if the limit is 3 then that would be both of them gone and it doesnt really say how many players can be taken from us - dont these coaches have the right to deny going anywhere else - but if the money is there and the other team is willing to pay more then thats where we lose - you said that we have the power to limit how many coaches are gonna be taken from us but how many do you think is gonna go - what players do you see going to indy - this is exactly what rex ryan is doing - he is also taking our players and putting them on thejets and the colts are gonna do the same thing - teams around the league sure do like to screw us around

Hiring Harbaugh was a big mistake!!! How long is it going to take Stevy B to realize this!!! Hasn't he blown enough championships. All he does other than screw games up is give lame speeches at the end of games, that doen't motivate anyone.

i cant stand irsay first he took our team the baltimore colts to indy, now hes trying to take the ravens to indy and hes starting with pagano because he doesnt know how to scout for his own players and i hope that ozzie doesnt let that happen - but he always like to stir up trouble - just like he is doing with peyton manning - manning exresses how hard it would be for him to heal in the kind of environment that he is in then irsay takes what manning says out of context and give his own words on what manning was trying to do - when irsay knows for a fact that manning was not trying to stir up anything - its irsay is the one who was being immature - but manning of course is and always will be a bigger man than irsay - irsay one of these days someone might take your team somewhere else then you will see how we felt when you did that to us - you just remember that - you will always reap what you sow - dont forget that buddy
