They were dissing us Sunday night, bud. All over ESPN yesterday. They even called Billy a "Liar" about something bizarre, something I don't even remember because they're all boneheads. Even when Joe makes his point - or better still - when he says "I don't care" in a meaningful way they twist it around. Dilfer was even in on this, saying Joe needs to learn to control himself under media ridicule. I was in shock. I thought "What? What is he doing that is so spastic?" He just said "I don't care if I proved anything" to you guys. Whoop-a-de-dooo! But, they took it and twisted it trying to make it appear to the audience that Joe was "out-of-control". That's the last time I watched anything related to sports. I'm not planning on watching anything else, either. I'm just as happy as a pig in mud to come to this forum until we find out more news about our organization.

Yep, haven't watched tv since Sunday and I don't want to hear anything about us.......it's over and we're moving on.......

What the media says about the Ravens shouldn't matter. However, I disagree I've heard nothing but praise for the Ravens (especially about Flacco's performance). A lot of analyst are saying the best team did not win the AFC title. Bottom line, even if we're being dissed in the media what can you say, we didn't get the job done.

that was my general impression too. Even Skip Bayless and Colin Cowherd were saying good things about Flacco.

oh luckily i heard mostly good things, there was 1 or two people who still doubt Joe and the Ravens but i dont think we have anything to prove, we didnt win....but we know the truth

Ray Lewis said Joe Flacco has done it all but get the Superbowl...in just his 4th year he conquered a good bit, it took Peyton Manning what 9 years? i think next year we are more mature whoever the OC is and so far Joe Flacco wins a lot

yup, every man who watched and played in that game knows what the deal really is, Tom Brady came out and said he sucked, we won in every category you need to win at in order to win games, Rice got his touches, and Joe led the offense on some GREAT GREAT drives

We never even get talked about. We probably wouldn't even if we won the Superbowl.

All analysts talk about is:

1. Tim Tebow
2.The Steelers
3. The Patriots
4. The Packers
5. The Jets Locker Room Issues

I mean.. people are still talking about Tebow after they got murdered by NE.

Joe played a good game but his latest performance doesn't enforce anything we didn't know... He's a good young Qb, with a TON of potential and is primed for more control of our offense, with Or without Cam . This shows how clueless the media is.... Joe gives us a chance to win EVERY WEEK.

Here's what i don't get. A few of you come in here saying the media bashed us. And yet you still continue to watch/listen to them? Here's an idea, DON'T WATCH IT. 99% of the time, its either ESPN or Nfl Network.

I could care less what the media thinks about the Ravens and Joe Flacco. I personally loved his comments that he didn't care what the media thought about his performance. All I care about is How Ravens nation and myself feel about the ravens and Joe Flacco.

well there arent many other national sports networks, the local sports news and shows are limited, Comcast Sportsnet is okay

i watch it because i like sports, but as i take it in it does occur to me that Baltimore in general is never given any kind of respect

so do i complain too much, yeah sure but [b]im not going to stop watching because they suck.[/b]

i want to watch sports debate shows, thats the whole point i like the debate..and when i think they are wrong I cant call up ESPN and go on and express my thoughts..so i go to whatever news article and let it go

I haven't watched ESPN or NFL Network since the game and don't plan to either. And definitely not watching the SB. Cope with it anyway you can but that's what I'm doing. Good luck lol.
