The Ray Lewis Coaching Tree continues to grow. Why is it that the Patriots and Steelers always win Super Bowls yet none of their coaches get interviewed and why is it always us? You know, I'm starting to think the league is afraid of what we will become and they think that by taking our coaches it will hinder us and help them. Go ahead Indy take a one year wonder at Defensive Coordinator and Chuck, when you get fired in a couple years, don't come back asking to be our coordinator again just to latch back to us and then leave again.

Why don't people want to interview Cam????? He's been on our offensive coordinator for the four years we have been in the playoffs and yet he doesn't get any looks???

Well not just that, but under Pagano's leadership, guys like Webb and Kruger and Cary broke out. Under someone like Mattison, I dont think they wouldve had the chance...

This freaking sucks. I mean you can't hate the decision by Pagano though, the Colts probably sold their ability to pick Andrew Luck all the way home. The opportunity for Pagano must've been too good to pass up, he gets Luck (let's hope he is a bust) and has a chance to have a dynasty on his hands. Congrats to him.

Now where do WE go from here?

It will probably be Monachino, Anderson, or Austin to replace Pagano. I think we go in-house again. I really think Monachino will be the best. Austin may have had a lot to do with Williams, Webb, and Smith more than Pagano; we don't know. While I will miss Pagano and what he brought to our team, I believe we will be OK without him. How many coordinators have we had? We'll be OK.
