He's a quality football man, he's coached for quite a while, but only been our DC for one year so thats got to be a NEW RECORD!!!

If he gets the job great for him, I hope he has success except for against Baltimore

BUT we all know whoever takes over as DC if Pagano leaves all they have to do is steer....Ray Lewis and them boys will do the rest

No surprise ... we talked about that last week here. The minute the Colts started talking about they wanted to go defense minded, I could already hear them waiting for the Ravens to be out of the playoffs so they could call him up.

I hope he stays. He played a little scared at times but he really did have these guys on point 90% of the time.

I like him as a coach, if he stays great...but I've seen enough defensive coaches come through Baltimore to know that we are usually going to come out of that all right with the leadership we have, the defense thats already in place...just keeps lining up players to play

I honestly can't see him leaving yet

maybe I'm wrong, maybe Irsay REALLY want him as the HC

Is he joking? His been here as a DC for just 1 year. What the hell is wrong is all the OC/DC in ravens leaving after one year... JUST to be fired on their next job outside? It really boggles my mind.

I really dont think these guys understand what we have here in Baltimore. The players and the roster, the FO, the GM, and most importantly the owner that is willing to do it all. Just look at all the coaches that left Ravens.

Hope the man stays.

I guess we just have to hope that Jim Tressel winds up with the job. Pagano's defensive scheme has no chance of working with the Colts' current personnel, he's a ridiculous candidate for that team.

I hope Pagano reconsiders. The Colts organization is just... it's just bad. They've gotten by on being lucky and dreadful at the right time.

The Colts didn't have more than 9 wins in a season since 1977. In their first 15 years in Indy, they had 5 seasons with an above .500 winning percentage.. and I mean just barely above .500.

They sucked year after year.. squandered draft picks until they finally get Peyton. From 1998 to 2010, the Manning led Colts had 1 losing season. Otherwise, they posted double digit wins.

This year, Peyton goes down.. What do the Colts do? Go 2-14. But not to worry, they'll "Luck" out again in the draft with Andrew Luck who is supposively the next great QB!

Seriously.. If Pag's has to go.. don't go to the Colts. Go ANYWHERE else but there!

Why? McClain progressed this year, Ellerbe was a non factor, Ray is Ray, JJ had another solid year and Suggs was dominant at times.
