We have about $7.5 mil cap space left before cuts/re constuctures, resining UFA (rice/grubbs/redding/jj) and sigining rookies.

Iif we resign joe long term we get extra space, make a few cuts and get more space, (fox maybe evans and carr)

i would look at ed reeds 8.5mil cap number and maybe see would he re neogiate that and free up more

Fox and Evans alone would save us almost 10 million.

Evans is still good value at 4 million for 1 year. Chris Carr and Foxworth will most likely get cut.

I feel terrible for Foxworth, probably the most unfortunate player we've ever signed.

well i see foxworth and/or carr being cap hits especially if foxworth doesnt take less money cause Cary, Smith, webb turned into heck of a group of CB's but depth is nice so cutting foxworth and keeping carr makes sense money wise. Evans posts a big cap number 4.3 mil its going to be interesting to see what the front office wants to do.

Ironic with foxworth, he gets a new cba done and then we cut him.

No way Ed Reed takes less money. Carr should be cut, Fox should be cut, Birk will retire, JJ will be gone, Joe will get a deal, Ray will get franchised, Grubbs will walk.

who really cares about what we do we dont ever get lucky like the giants, pats, steelers. We will never win the big one. I mean seriously I have given up on being a fan of any pro sports teams. I really dont care what the ravens do because they will always play second fiddle to the lucky teams. The Ravens are truly a snake-bitten franchise.

also Gurode could be resigned if the situation presents itself to replace Birk if he decides retirement is what he wants to do alot of promise heading into 2012 sucks to has missed the superbowl but you have to say there is no reason to not expect ourselves back here again fighting we have a great team in place.

Man, we invested too much on our kicker. $2.4 million of dead money and only $400 k. It's a tough pill to swallow, but Cundiff is gone becausef he can't make 50+ yard field goals nor be automatic under 40 yards. Shame that he signed him to a big contract due to his pro bowl performance last year.
