He got cut by the Jets and the Texans. He obviously wouldn't have offered us much.

Would he have caught it? Maybe. Who knows if he would've been open though.

Mason is retired. Maybe he would have had that pass, and that really would have been sweet considering all he did here, but we don't have Mason and we did have Lee Evans.

Seriously, almost every major WR thats been on this team the last 3-4 years has had crucial drops, so lets not get in to this discussion.

Mason - Pittsburgh a couple years back (easy TD drop)
Clayton - NE on 4th down to end the game
Boldin - Pittsburgh divisional round (TD drop)
Housh - Ended our season last year
Evans - Cost us a SB appearance

Edit:
Not to mention Smith has had some bad drops this year.

wow, i guess we have a "madden"-like curse on us ravens or something, every year its something, the D always come to play in then offense comes up short or doesn't show up at all, just like my freaking Hokies they choke every year.

That's nonsense. Mason probably wouldn't have gotten off the jam to have the chance at the catch!
What's the point of this. I rather speculate that pitta would have caught it than Mason! If mason was here Torrey never develops!

Man, I can't blame Evans on that. I honestly believe that it was a TD and should have been reviewed. Never going to blame Evans for that loss.. Cundiff's miss was completely unacceptable though... Oh well.

No way. You have to maintain possession through the catch. He didn't maintain possession. At all. The ball was on the ground.

Just what we wanted in that game, a washed up receiver that got cut by every team he played for this season and runs a 6.20 40. What a ridiculous topic.

Evans didn't drop the ball.

Go replay it.

It was stripped by a Patriots defender.

Stop hating on EVERY player on our team everybody. NOBODY played bad tonight.
