I personally wanted to see what Mike Leach could do in the Pros, but then he up and left for Washington State. Jerk.

WCO intrigues me but I don't know if we're built for that type of offense. The only reason Aaron Rodgers does it so well is because he improvises. A lot. Couldn't tell you the number of times he ad libs for huge plays. Also, I don't think we have 5 tight ends on our active roster (FACT).

nah, we got 3 lol

Well then,, what has Harbaugh done different than Cameron? If Cam deserves to be fired,,so does Harbaugh.
you arn't listing,Cam Cameron's contract is up,he doesnt have one going into next year,he's a free agent starting now.

I hope we hear something official soon. I'm starting to freak out a little bit, but I guess the whole staff is off at the Senior Bowl.

I highly doubt Cam will be back. In fact I'm almost certain. The offense underperformed to its capabilities, and Flacco regressed when Cam was given more control. His playcalling is beyond questionable, and his system doesnt fit the players.

Wait, I heard someone say on here that Cam was at the Senior Bowl Practices. Please tell me that is not true, because we need to get rid of Cam. Now Cam's contract is up right? So why would he even be there, and why would we be there without a OC under contract?

If Hue could come here, know his role and play within it then he'd be my first choice.

I do believe the Ravens have offered Cam an extension for next year already. I hope they can recinde that offer. I also believe that Joe NEEDS a QB coach.

What about the Saints OC? I think Carmichael? He'll be interviewed for the Indy HC job but if he doesn't get it, perhaps he'd come to B'more.
If this organization keeps Cam here I will lose all faith in it. Seriously. It is way too obvious that he is a hindrance.

If Cam is here next yr, ill will be asking for HARBS. Pink Slip because you know he would have something to do with it if he were to stay.

If Cam comes back I definitely will not be watching this team at all next season. Because I know exactly what will happen - we will play brilliantly the entire year, but there will be 2-3 games and a final postseason game where Cam's boneheaded decisions cost us everything. Look back over the 4 years he's been here, there have always been questionable calls and boneheaded mistakes at some of the absolute worst times - and they always come back to bite us in the end. But the fact that he couldn't even score 25 points on one of the worst defenses in the NFL is just proof of how poor of an offensive coordinator he is at this point. I respect what Cam did for this offense, but it is time to move on.

I don't know if i want Hue, isnt he a RUN First kind of guy. Im done with the Run first, when we have all of this WR,TE,QB Talent that would go to more waste. If he is a Run and gun or a 50/50 guy then im all for it.

I agree with everything you said except the RESPECTING Cam part. There was no reason for Joe to get SACKED when they were only Rushing 3 guys, huh?, Unreal , your telling me 5 O linemen can't Block 3 guys. It only took the 3 that were rushing to sack Joe in less than 2 seconds.

Greg Mattison was at the Senior Bowl last year as well but he left, probably got a chance to get other coaching looks and same thing could be happening with Cam.

Alright you calmed me down a bit pointing that out.

Really making sure Cam goes is not Harbaugh's decision, it's Bisciotti. He's the man that pays the bills, and we know he wanted Cam gone last season. Hopefully we hear something official next week when the staff is back.

I meant respecting what he did for the offense and Joe over the course of his 4 years here. He got this offense to a point, and I will grudgingly give him that. But he cannot take either Joe or the offense any further.

Your completely right about that, it is Bisciotti's Final Decision but if Cam is here next yr, it will be because of Harb. and if Cam is here next season. I wont be asking for Cam to be fired , i'll be asking for HARBS TO BE FIRED.

Is "Ask Madden" a Option?

Like seriously, just like go through every offensive playbook in Madden, pick different plays and we could probably end up having a better offense.

It would save Steve a lot of money.

If we do that, though, Belichick will probably use it to see what plays it calls to get an advantage.

Does the iPad version have that option? If so, this is worth further consideration.

I don't know about a Ipad but why not let the fans be on the sideline with Head Sets on and choosing the plays. That would be a fans dream right there, calling the plays for a NFL Team and playing Madden at the same time. Oh and I vote for everyone here on the Board to get first crack on calling plays using Madden.

All anybody has to do when looking at Hue Jackson is to look at the 2009 Oakland Raiders vs. the 2010 Raiders. In 2009 the Raiders scored 197 points all season and were the 31st ranked offense in the NFL. They finished defensively ranked 23rd in the league. In 2010 they finished 20th in the league in defense - however they scored 410 points and ranked 6th offensively in the NFL - that's a increase of 213 points over 2009, more than double their offensive production from the previous season. Now they did score very little against teams like the Steelers and 49ers, but to me most of that has to do with the quarterback play i.e. Jason Campbell couldn't handle top defenses the way Flacco showed he could this year. Besides, Jackson pulled this off with Zach Miller. DHB and Louis Murphy as his starting wide receivers - I could only imagine what he could do with Q, Torrey, Doss, Dickson, Pitta, Lee, etc.

Stop the presses, stop the presses. Cam Cameron will be back next season! I cant see why anyone would think other wise. Why would you bring in a new coordinator, after Joe Flacco had a great AFC Championship game, that would be very foolish. Yes, Cameron's play calling has been up and down, but you dont bring in someone that will change the system or how Joe is currently playing(great). Cameron has slowing been easying up on the predictable I-formation. The play actions werent great against the Patriots. But I do agree he could use different looks in the backfield, maybe Pitta lined up next to Flacco in shotgun.

How about Mike Martz? if not Martz I say bring in Jim Zorn as the offensive coordinator. If neither one of these options then Hue Jackson. I'd say Martz or Zorn. Cam needs to go.
