[News] Game Recap - Ravens at Patriots

flacco and brady had the same number of completions and attempts and flacco had 306, brady had 239, i think flacco earned his money, its ashame, flacco drove us down the field and pretty much threw a td, but evans who made one of the best catches last week cant even hold onto the ball when its in his chest, cundiff is gone, now we got to pull for ray and ed to come back and do it again

@respecttheRaven I know man, I said I would be disappointed IF WE HAVENT created turnovers. But since we have, I'm twice as sad.

OK I know we have some very disappointed fans out there right now and I know we would probably want to beat the hell out of Billy Cundiff for missing that kick, but think for a minute that guy I'm sure feels like crawling under a rock and just dying. So I ask have you ever felt as low as Billy Cundiff? If you did think about that before you post. Life goes on. Go Ravens!!!! BSHU!!!! Great year cant wait for the draft.

Will they finally get rid of Cam, and Cundiff. Dropped passes kill them again. Flacco did his job, get him some receivers who can hold onto the ball. Four freakin years in a row. Ray Rice up the middle how many times does it take for you to realize he can't get any yards like that. Another season thrown away because of Cam.

smh... flacco out played brady and should have had a 3rd TD and the gamewinning score, but evans foolishly didnt squeeze the ball and secure the victory.. with play like this (from everyone but cundiff) i am excited for the future... alas the ultimate goal falls short one game.. with another season for all who come back, i can only hope this team makes it this far next year, one more chance for lewis and reed..

PS dont hold this against me but i secretly didnt want a W cuz Lewis said he might hang it up if they win it all this year and i really really want to see him play one more year.. being from Iowa I dont get an opportunity to see many NFL games, but when the Ravens come to the midwest ie minnesota, KC i go see em play and scream my head off..

come on ravens.. i know its frustrating to lose like this for the 4th time in as many years.. but damn am im proud to be a ravens fans..setting aside all those heart breaking, eye tearing loses among all these low class steelers and patriots fan that seem to be a mayority of football fans in mexico.. its really though but we gotta stay optimist about our play,we have seen flacco get better over the years, we really have a heck of a qb who can play to the level of a guy like tom brady. Our defense is still great even without ray

If anyone with any sense was watching this game even though it was in a losing effort it defines Joe Flacco as our quarterback. He outplayed Brady no doubt about it.I am just left with a sad feeling the way this GREAT season ended. We will be back strong next year.Sure wish we could have gotten to the SB for Mr. Ray.

Great game. Flacco did a great job and we were in it all the way to the end. No complaints a lot of other teams would have loved to have the opportunity to play the game, just ask the Steelers....

Anybody who is still giving Flacco crap is ignorant. He carried this offense the entire game and played brilliantly. He was actually the better of the quarterbacks in this game if you ask me. He found his targets, but the receivers just blew huge opportunities. The dropped pass in the endzone that would have given us the go-ahead touchdown wasn't the only offensive mistake.

Sorry - but Lee Evans did not earn his money this year. I am tired of veteran "hired gun" receivers that drop balls in big games at big moments. If the said receivers didn't pass water at the big moment each year, Flacco would look like he walks on water.

That picture of Ray Lewis breaks my heart. It is a disappointing loss but they should hold there heads high. They played the game with strenght and integity. Now they will accept the loss as painful as it is with the same grace and integity they played with all year.

Flacco played a great game I really want to cry right now for all of the players that played their hearts out on that field..... I'm soo proud of the Ravens I wish this was just a bad dream and it all would be over when I woke up. The Ravens are a great team and will come nothing short of a super bowl next year... But this lost hurts and the picture hurts me too... No matter what Ravens ALL DAY!!!! LETS GO RAVENS LETS GO!!!!!!!!!!!

this photo hurts so much to see right now. its devastating to see a team that deserves to advance and to see them come up short. its the story of the nfl but this Ravens team is in my opinion the most successful team in a long time, not because of the wins, losses, or superbowl, but in what they believe in and how they play. RAVEN'S NATION STAND STRONG!

They should have called a bootleg on 3rd down. Flacco could have ran the ball if there was no other option. It is hard to say if this one hurts more, we had the game in our grasp and it was taken by a undrafted rookie who made the Oakland Raiders practice squad, then let go. Evans had the game in his hands, now we have to wait 12 months and hope we win the next time.
