Nope! Billy missed the kick but after the Ravens found out thet were on 4th down instead of 3rd down with time running down on the play clock, a time out should have been called. How many times as a fan have we watched the Ravens waste time outs and on the most important play of the season they fail to use a time out!

Actually the kicker that year was Scott Norwood. After he missed the kick, they waived him the next season, nobody would sign him, and he became a recluse selling insurance (that last part was taken from Wikipedia, so I don't know how true it is).

My dads a bills fan and he said he believes they kept him.
