Thanks for deciding to do that PeRK, this team is deserving of that. It was a disappointing loss for sure, but I still love my Ravens!!! Alot of guys played a great game today and made some clutch plays, it just didn't go our way, and I am truely sick about that fact. I am not going to kick a team when they are down, it just isn't the thing to do right now...there will be plenty of time for review later. I hope our fans will back this team when they need it most, and wait for the anger to subside before commenting(but I know that ain't going to happen). The blame game isn't going to change the score. But one thing I am 100% sure of and that it is this team will be back!

Thanks PeRK, I can see you are a real fan of this team, and I look forward to your next montage!!!

All I know is..... after seeing today, how well Joe played despite Cam's play calling. It makes me excited for next season when we see Joe without Cam. Joe played well in spite of Cam. I believe next year Joe takes that next step under a new offensive coordinator and shows he is our Franchise QB. Just like Brees and Rivers became elite without Cam... its Joe's turn to do the same now.

Adding insult to injury, now he has to watch Andy Dalton in the Pro Bowl.

I agree Joe had a good game. He put the winning TD pass in Evans' hands. Led the Ravens right down the field.

This has to be the most frustrating loss in Ravens history. But it isn't Joe Flacco's fault.

I hope that neither Evans or Billy Cundiff is on the Ravens roster in September.

Joe went straight beast mode on the Pats D. Everyone on the offense stepped up big time, the only thing im worried about on our O is the O-Line, McKinney, Oher, and Birk.

I am steaming that we gave that game away, but Joe Flacco proved without a shadow a doubt that that man is the franchise quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens. He put the team in position to win. He played a very solid game. Any criticism of Joe Flacco going forward better have some merit to it., The man outdueled Tom Brady, enough said. I will quote T,O

THAT'S MY QUARTERBACK!!! #5

Guys and Gals, I know this sucks, but we have to pull it together. We'll just try again. We have the foundation of being a playoff team, next season will punch through to the Superbowl.

I watched this game in a sports bar in Boston, dealing with the patriot fan talking trash about Joe the whole game, I was so proud of his performance.

I don't know why the Pats fans were talking trash, Joe had better numbers then Brady. Joe put us in position to win, and that is all we ever asked for. The Pat trolls better just be gratiful we gave them that game, because they didn't earn it at all.

Nobody balmes Flacco.

/close thread
Just because you don't hear anyone, doesnt mean no one is. I have heard alot of people whining about joe. Where I was, someone was still complaining about Joe throwing the ball away on 4th down, instead of just chucking it up in the middle of the field. Joe had a great game but fans are freaking stupid.

Flacco out played Brady!!!! Flacco 22-36 306yds 2tds 1 int
Brady 22-36, 239yds 0tds ( 1 rush ) 2 INTs.

Flacco should have a 3rd td.

I don't even have a prOblem with the int because Dickson wouldn't have caught it regardless and Brady threw it right back.

Is there still any doubts Joe can play in a big game with everything on the line?He silenced his critcs. They will never admit it though. Once he was taking snaps in his comfort zone of the shotgun, he was smooth and precise.

Joe Flacco balled out, he answered all the critics, he out played Tom Brady for most of the game

He threw the Game winner to Lee Evans who dropped it, then Billy Cundiff shanked another kick and the Ravens lost a game they should have won

sucks...but Joe Flacco is the real deal

Perhaps. But..it does get tiresome hearing "next season" year after year after year.

I am heartened a little by the fact that the rumor mill has Cam being gone.

I don't know what to think about Billy.

I really can't get down on Evans because the ball was literally stolen out of his hands and fact is, it SHOULD have been reviewed because you can't challenge inside 2 mins and it was/could have been a scoring play. Refs and the NFL did not want us to win this game and it showed big time. We almost managed to beat them and the Patriots though.

Calvin Johnson Rule. The ball was knocked loose the second his second foot came down too. The play would have been upheld.

Im not trying to start a debate or argument but I just wanna hear bates wiz and er from the u opinion on joe now
You know what it's going to be. "If he had only played better, we would have won this game." They are who they are. ER from the U wants an athletic running quarterback, period end of story. It's all he cares about. If we got Usain Bolt, he could care less that Bolt probably could only throw the ball 10 yards downfield. He wants a track star playing quarterback, and everything else is garbage to him.

To those that will find fault with anything and are never to be satisfied.
Joe gave a performance worthy of a win. He was masterful in threading the ball and finding the 3rd and 4th receivers. He did not drop the Boldin or Evans catches. He did not miss the feild goal. He did put the Ravens in position to win. The problems are easy to establish
1. The Special teams perrformance.
2. The defense could not stop the Patriots on drive often enough. But this is the Patiriots so maybe even this is minor .

It was a great season.
28 teams wanted to be where the Ravens were.

Let's all give pause and give Joe his due. Thank goodness we have Flacco for our future.

I've never been more proud of a Ravens QB in my life. Dilfer was good, but Flacco was just so darn great today. If I can ever afford it, I'm getting a Flacco jersey. This is crushing for me.

The problem until it is rectified is his inconsistency. If we get this Joe Flacco for 14 of 16 games a season instead of half and half, we will be a force in this league for some time. Where does consistency come from - coaching! We saw the inconsistent gameplanning of Cam Cameron for years, and now we see his inconsistent coaching of our quarterback.

Flacco will always have the talent to be great, but I do not believe he will ever become consistent until he is free of Cam Cameron.

Joe is the leader of our offense. Period.

Joe isn't gonna blame anyone for dropping crucial passes.. not blocking 3 man rushes.. not running effectively.. missing FG's. Joe isn't going to call out Lee Evans on a radio station this week, nor will he bash Cundiff. Maybe the media goes back to bashing Flacco all week, maybe they dont.. who cares. Joe will still be Joe "Cool", and he'll keep winning and helping this team get to the playoffs.

Screw the haters. Joe is the man.

Joe absolutely played his [profanity deleted] off. With any other group of receivers in the NFL (with the possible exception of Tampa Bay's) the Ravens are on their way to the Super Bowl right now.
