The only play I could really point out is the goal-line shot. There was a hole that RR missed, and it was pretty bad. Besides that, he is doing the best he can. Our O-line was manhandled all game long. This topic is just silly.
I agree. When I saw him stick it up the gut behind Leach, I thought for sure he hit pay dirt. But he didn't hit the right hole. It was the same thing when we were first down there and didn't score until it was 3rd down on the passing touchdown to Wilson.

Ray Rice - you were HORRIBLE vs Houston. Just HORRIBLE. Make a play.
How about you call out the O-line, which was beaten like a drum for 60 minutes.

Alright...I gotta sports center this one. "COME ON MAN!", Ray probably could have gone some "extra mile"sure, but he had ZERO help from the turnstiles (O-line), and the Texans planned and performed a great defensive game.
Eh, to a degree I follow you...but, let's face it when you can't across the goal line (TWICE) and fumble once in the same series (when you're a probowl running back) you're on the verge of a bad day. Then, at the end of the game, to put it away you need a YARD to win and can't (followed by Vonta not being able to get inches) things aren't going well for our backs. Yes, our O line wasn't playing to it's potential - it also had a fierce Texans defense too - but it is inexcusable to not get inches...INCHES! Heck, Ricky was using his power all day (DID NOT LOSE A YARD ONCE). Why the heck we didn't keep running him is perplexing and sours any minute confidence I have left in Cam. Ray Rice didn't have a "Horrible" game but it certain wasn't good either. Rice have a good game Sunday is key to a victory, since it gives Joe more comfort when passing.

List of guys who need to elevate their play for the Ravens to win this week

Suggs (against the Steelers he is amazing, we need that guy to show up against the Patriots)
Ngata (he hasn't been in the backfield much, hasn't had a sack in forever)
Webb (he's been great so he needs to continue that level of play)
Redding (his level of intensity has fallen off after that Niners game, he needs to go all out)
Cody (He can clog the middle with easy but he needs to stay on his feet and he really should be taking on double teams with ease)
Kruger (a pass rushing specialist at this point, he needs to have an impact maybe like 1 sack and 2 tackles for loss)
McPhee (he's slumpe towards the end of the year, well he needs to play like he did against Cincy the first game)
Ed Reed (he needs to be the Ed of old flying all over the field breaking up passes.)
Pollard (he needs to make tackles, cant be missing on any tackles)

on offense

The entire OL (not only do they need to blow up the DL in run blocking but they MUST do a better job in pass protection)
Torrey Smith (run full speed on all routes)
Cam Cameron (mix things up, show some of that playbook you talk about having
Ray Rice (run it fast, run it hard and try not to trip)
Lee Evans (if given a chance just make sure you catch all the balls thrown your way)
Boldin (get in Joe's face to get you the ball because sometimes Joe needs to know that you OWN your man and exploit it)
Joe Flacco (supreme confidence, throw those accurate balls you always do, dont get upset if guys are dropping balls, keep with it, if you see something you can take advantage of dont be able to audible

You bring up a valid point, and it makes me think its not so much Ray "has to have 20-25 touches" to be successful. It may be the running backs need to get 20-25 touches to ensure success. Knowing the right situations is up to "he whos name cannot be mentioned".

King Uggs will bow down to King Suggs.

We whooped you last time, we aren't an 8-8 team, we will take your lunch money and your chain.

O-line needs to block... if they do there job, Rice and Flacco play well, plain and simple.
Ngata is obviuosly hurt as he hasn't made a play since the Jets game.
Suggs shows up in bunches... hopefully he shows up next week.

I still cant get over how SMALL T Sizzle has come up recently, the dude needs to be a game wrecker for us to win against the Patriots.

Pagano time to get creative and confuse the Patriots
He was in Coverage alot of the time in that game, He was covering A.J in one play. He was getting pressure , He was in Yates Face during a few of the INTS.

Both our O-Line and D-Line need to show up. If we get pressure on Brady he's done. If we give Flacco all the time in the world the Patriots secondary is toast.

Hey man neg me all you want, it is what it is. As for you Mili you had no problem ripping Flacco up one side and down the other after a bad performance but you "smh" at me for calling out Rice for a change. You were just "callin it like you see it", well that applies to the whole team, not just Joe.
Raven...Rice didn't have a monster game but that is hard to do when the o-line is playing liked trash on the run and pass.

Rice needs to stay with Leach; whenever he manuvers away from Leach, he just doesn't get much yard.

At the Texans game, 4th and 1 if Rice stayed running left where Leach had blocked the passrusher, he would had scored; instead, he ran straight in the pile of the Texans.

The punt he fielded at the 50 yard line with the closest Houston defender about 10-12 yards away?
Sadly we didn't even score on that drive!

The only bad plays I saw out of Rice were the fumble and the stuffed goal-line attempt. He did what he had to do, playing against a formidable Texans front 7, while the OL was getting rumbled.

(This is sarcasm, folks)
Flacco is playing like that bum from Green Bay, the "Dancer." Look what Danceman's stats are from the Giants game!

Completions: 26 of 46! (That is only 56.5% and only for 264 yards!)
He got intercepted!
He MISSED a wide open receiver!.
His QB rating was 78.5

(Oh? Really? The Giants are ranked 4th in defense? Behind the Texans? I'll bet the GB fans are looking for a way to get Andrew Luck)

About Suggs and sacks? (sarcasm off). The Ravens got 4 interceptions and had three more very close chances. Except for intercepting long fourth down passes, I'll take interceptions over sacks anytime.

Has fantasy football dragged us down to be a bunch of number crunchers? The Ravens won against the NFL's second best defense in about the same amount of points as expected by the betting world! Interpret everything in that light.

I'm not calling out anyone. We live as a team and we die as a team. The last thing I am going to do right now is point fingers (even if it is in jest). We should be standing behind all of our guys as we go into a game that can propel us into the Super Bowl.

I'll call out the equipment managers. Come on guys, you cant find gloves with "stick-um" on them? You can't figure out a way to smuggle those gloves to the receivers? Why are we paying you then? Jk.

Some of you fans are so ungrateful. There are 28 other fanbases that wish their team was in the Ravens position and you dudes complaining throughout this forum. The Ravens are 1 game away from Superbowl. Late

I did not see ONE cartwheel by our mascot Sunday!! I say we kick him to the curb and give Cam a shot at that position!

Dont forget about Rise and Concour. What has he ( she? ) done for us lately ? Not a dang thing.

As a matter of fact the hot dog vendor in section 501 seemed to be moving a bit slow last time I was there. Fire him.

And dont even get me started on the lady who scans my ticket with that lazer thing going into the stadium. Grrrrrr
