Personally I think Flacco is the QB who can lead a team to the Superbowl, he's a calm guy and he won't let any situation rattle him. I just think he needs to be sharper from the beginning to the end.

We are now 1 game away from the Superbowl, Reed has come out and said some thing but It's all about Cam's playcalling and whether he can adapt and make adjustments.

Chances are that the Patriots defense will key in on Ray Rice, meaning Joe Flacco will once again have to be clutch and carry this offense to victory. Key to the Game will be time of possession.

So, what do you guys think?

Umm. I cant vote on this, because you kind of left out a crucial vote. I say Joe can get it done regardless of the situation, and with Cam. Im no Cam fan myself, but I will say that this poll is pretty heavily biased against him.

This poll isn't even remotely fair. It's essentially saying that there's no way Flacco can win with the current set up. Add the choice, "Yes, this offense can lead the team to a Super Bowl win" and you've got a poll. Otherwise you look like some kind of trolling Steeler or Pats fan.

I really feel like Houston was the best defense we could face in the playoffs, maybe tied with San Francisco. I don't see this offense being held to this low of a point total by either the Giants or the Patriots. He can get it done, I've seen him do it enough.

That is exactly the point I was trying to get across.

Agree with this.

I think the Ravens can get it done this season. Joe is the man to do it. He can do it with Cam.

I have seen worse QB's win it all by getting hot at the right time and with great defense. We have the players and coaches. It is going to happen

I don't think it's fair to judge him as long as Cams the OC...For now i don't like him at all though. Besides that Steelers game, i have no confidence for him in the clutch, and he rarely comes through..

I thought the options were going to be: None, Little, Average, Some, Good, Pretty Good and Great.

With that being said I don't like the options I have to choose from. I feel like I am in a prison cell. My Confidence in Joe's ability to get it done is 'pretty good'. If the O-Line does its job and buys Joe time where he doesn't feel like a sitting duck the entire game, he'll get the job done.

I think our chances are as good as ever this year, so yes, I think he can do it. Whether or not he will, though, is a whole other story.

Yeah, maybe that's something I would put up there if the rest of the offense could some how play to a higher level, the OL has been poor, the WRs and Tes haven't done much at all and if they shutdown Ray Rice we are usually screwed. Cam needs to call some plays where the WRs and TEs are excited and Joe can make someplays

Yeah...I voted, but to be fair the other options should be offered.

Well then you need to change the title. Your poll is about if JOE can do it. If Joe can perform at a higher level, not if the other teammates can perform their jobs. We are chosing if Joe Flacco has the capability to win, not if his WRs and Oline will be able to boost him.

I love how people think if you call better plays players will catch better, run better routes and catch the ball.

They can also block better, too.

"Cam needs to call some plays where the WRs and TEs are excited and Joe can make someplays".

Sometimes it looks the march in "The Bridge Over River Kwai", when they break huddle and walk up to the line...you can read the apathy about the play call on their faces.

I find that very hard to believe. He's not going anywhere? He may not get the big payday he wants unless he puts up Matt Flynn numbers in the next 2 games.

Wow. Skip Bayless just called Joe's game against Houston "pretty good".
Considering how well houston was playing and all the drops, Flacco played pretty well.

But I'm going to say it again, you get sacked five times, you're going to suck.

Its a high level honestly, who else do we have? We have never had a QB do what flacco has and helping the team get to 4 straight playoffs births. At this point regardless who your team is, you have to support your team and the players on it. There no point in crying over spilt milk if its still in the fridge.

Still find it funny that Stephen A. called Flacco soft. Flacco may or may not be a lot of things, but the last thing I would call him is soft.

if you are able to beat the steelerst twice a year. if you are able to beat the best defense in a hard fought game with no turnovers. if you are able to sweep the best division in football. iff you are able to intercept a qb al,ost 5 times...

then you should be able to beat a team that hasn´t defeated a winning team all year.
you should be able to win against one of the worst defenses in the game.
and you should be able to stop the pretty boy.

end of the day: our chances are 50-50 to beat them. maybe 51-49 for us....

i would have been more scared if we had to play the steelers again...

Flacco may get a lot of crap from people, but he is performing at a level we havent seen in a while. We have spent the past 4 years in the playoffs, and we have won at least one game in all of them. I dont think that criticising Joe is going to make him better. Instead, we should support him, and as his confidence grows, so will he ability.

I seems like the one thing that will make people leave Joe alone is if he wins a SB. Any performance below that just doesnt cut it. Even if he does win, I bet they still call him out for poor decisions and being "soft"

Exactly. That was the main problem with Houston game, but people like to blame it on Joe.
