Why isn't Phillip Livas on the active roster in replacement of David Reed ? He is one of the best return men in NCAA history.

I really don't know. But maybe it has something to do with David Reed not being eligible for practice squad or they are afraid of him being claimed from the waiver if they decide to release (even if it is for him to be signed to the practice squad). But as I said, I really don't know.

not sure cam does either... probably why he only calls the 5 or six plays he knows

He was an exciting player, and he may be our answer for 2012, but would you have full confidence at this point to put our entire season into his hands? Because throwing back someone to return kicks who hasn't played this year--I dunno what it is, but something kind of makes my stomach flip a bit. One fumble would most likely turn this game. I say give him the offseason to work with this team and see if he's the guy.
