My New And Troublesome Strat

I recently got a Sky Blue Fender Stratocaster, and I love it and its sound except for one small thing. The second string, for some reason, will never stay taut. I tighten it and tune it, but for some reason it always sags back to a bit below the other 5 strings, giving it a hollow sound and making it impossible to strum. Have any of you had similar problems, and do any of you know how to fix it?

Glad I could help. That's one of thise things like WD40 and duct tape that everyone should keep around. Comes in handy.

Haha. Yeah, from now on I am gonna keep some of this stuff around my house.
