Based on all the threads and post I read on the Pats forums they are way to confident that they will crush us, I hope the Pats players feel the same way so they get smacked in the mouth and get to watch the superbowl in there living room. Pats fans are terrible in my opinion there right up there with steeler fans.
They seem to think Welker was the difference in the game when we played them in 09' (even though we trounced them).

It's the same as the Texan fans thinking AJ was going to make a big diff and we all know how that worked out.

Their fans are really starting to piss me off, they're so arrogant. I'm starting to hate their fans as much as steeler fans.

They're saying that BB has been holding their D back all year and now it's the playoffs so he's unleashing them on everybody. Yeah OK By that logic Cam saw what this O could do in week 1 and has been holding back till now to open up his playbook and we are going to put 45 up. It's funny to me that stoping TIM TEBOW is what is giving them confidence.

They hate Pollard more than any fanbase hates anyone else, they need to get over it, it was years ago and Brady is fine now. They act like Bernard purposely took a sledge hammer to Bradys knee and tried to end his career. Again, get over it, especially since it was YOUR OWN RUNNING BACKS FAULT.

I really dislike their fans

Are the Pat fans and the national sports media living in fantasy land? They believe this game is all but certain for Pats. Here's a SEVERE REALITY CHECK! The Patriots 13-3 record came only by BEATING TEAMS with losing records! The two games out of three games the Patriots lost came to two teams with wining records and eventually became playoff teams (Steelers, Giants). Sure the Pats beat the 8-8 Broncos with a quarterback that wasn't any good. That is nothing to brag about. Three teams held the Pats in the 20 point range (Cowboys, Giants, Steelers), all three teams known for their defenses. Dallas lost against the Pats 16-20, but they limited Brady to just 20 points. The Steelers beat the Pats 25-17, once again a strong defense team kept Brady to just 25, and last the Gaints beat the Pats 24-20. So two strong defensive teams held Brady and his supposed god like offense to only 20 points and the Cowboys held them to 25 points. So what am I missing that the national sport media "experts" know? The Ravens on the other hand beat three teams that were in the playoffs this sesson TWICE "Bengals, Texans, Steelers" and they beat the 49ers. It is so amazing how blinded the wizards of smart at ESPN, CBS SPORTS, NFL NETWORK etc are to the facts that are right in front of them. In reality, the Pats are the underdogs not the Ravens.

I dont really agree with this. 2 completely different offenses. We got beat in SD by WRs in single coverage. Most of those plays were perfect throws by Rivers outside the numbers. NE's offense runs through the TEs and most of the passes are over the middle of the field. With Pollard and Smith we have 2 DBs that match up physically and we also have decent coverage LBs to put on their TEs. Im not saying its going to be easy, but I will maintain we have the personnel to stop their best weapons.

The Steelers went into Foxborough and punched Tom Brady and the Patriots in the mouth. Their team is not much different than ours defensively and I think we actually have a little more talent in the secondary than they have.
So basically what you're saying is that Brady can't throw outside the hash.- your DBs can match up with TEs that are taller and weigh more than 250 plus a midget that has caught over 120 passes the last 3 years

You are right....it won't be easy. FYI + the Pats lost to the Steelers AT Heinz
