Lol I saw that earlier. Reality will soon set in for them. Ravens play their best as underdogs anyway.

Its ridiculous. Are they all aware of the teams they have beaten this year? And what their Defense ranks?

Not even gonna get involved in a debate with Pats fans.

Looking forward to seeing those Tom Brady tears in Foxborough. If there's one QB Suggs hates, it's Brady.

Congrats on not getting Tebowized, though. Huge accomplishment!

7.5 point dogs lol. Thats like free money.

Seriously though, the Pats know the Ravens match up against them better than any other team in the AFC. We have the depth and talent in the secondary to match up with their TEs and WRs. On offense, they dont have the Dline to shut down our run or consistently pressure Joe like the Texans did.

Slow the game down. Have a balanced offensive attack. Pressure Tom Brady. We won 2 years ago, we can do it again.

I disagree to a certain extent. We may have depth, but our secondary isn't big enough to handle NE TE's. We saw what the big boys out in San Diego did to us. Brady is only 3 times better.

I dont really agree with this. 2 completely different offenses. We got beat in SD by WRs in single coverage. Most of those plays were perfect throws by Rivers outside the numbers. NE's offense runs through the TEs and most of the passes are over the middle of the field. With Pollard and Smith we have 2 DBs that match up physically and we also have decent coverage LBs to put on their TEs. Im not saying its going to be easy, but I will maintain we have the personnel to stop their best weapons.

The Steelers went into Foxborough and punched Tom Brady and the Patriots in the mouth. Their team is not much different than ours defensively and I think we actually have a little more talent in the secondary than they have.

I can't blame Patriots fans for thinking the Ravens will get steamrolled, given the Pats' all-time history against our Ravens.

That said, as today's game against the Texans has already taught us, no opponent should be taken for granted. While New England could pull out the victory at home next week, it won't come easy.

I kinda laughed at how they dissed joe flacco so bad there...It almost seems like they didnt watch any of the game. You really cant hold joe accountable for dropped passes and having to run for his life every other down. Asside from that...who really cares what pats fans say...

It will get lower as the week goes by. But if the Offense plays like we did against the TEXANS , they should up it,lol. No complaints with the DEFENSE other than the pass rush was non existent and when we did get pressure we could tackle to save our lives.

All i know is, if the RAVENS o line hold their ground and Flacco's WRers catch the gimmie balls. We should win, but if CAM has any sense he better bring a killer instinct. We all say what bill belichick does, he takes no mercy and tries to embarrasses the opposing team. I want the RAVENS DEFENSE AND OFFENSE to do that, no prevent for the D, no B.S running for a 1 yd gain to run 35 seconds off the clock. The clock still runs when you complete a pass Cam Cameron, just incase you forgot, cause sometimes it looks like it.

I don't know why our fan base is so confident lol, but i guess that's why we're fans (fanatics) but in my opinion our team has looked shaky the past few weeks. Next week the Pats are going to make Flacco beat them, and we have to keep him upright and allow him to do so. We also have to put Lee Evans on the field more, it looks like he's finally ready :-)

Oh, they've already got the excuses handy for that one. Brady was hurt, we had locker room cancers, weren't mentally tough yada yada yada

On the basis of our last game and NEs last game I can almost say that I think the spread is justified. Maybe a little too high.

As for the confidence of Patriots fans, well what did you expect?

Yup...exactly what I was thinking....underdog status doesn't surprise me at all after yesterday's offensive performance.

No reason they shouldn't be confident at this point. We narrowly escaped yesterday...poor offensive play and no pressure on Yates was certainly not a world-class showing. He won't do it, but If I was Harbaugh I would be reaming Cam a new one. As usual his offense is the weakest link...if not for our defensive leaders, and a rookie Texan QB we would be playing Parcheesi, and fertilizing the lawn next week. So in conclusion if I were a Pats fan (I just threw up in my mouth a little bit), I would be feeling real good right a bout now.

But could we use that against them? Dam*ed right! Fix your rectal-cranial inversion Cameron!

Not the same team. With Gronkowski, and Hernandez the D is going to get a work out. I know their D has sucked all season, but the Colts had the same issue, and just a reminder...it never stopped them from cleaning our clocks.

Food for thought...

Teams scoring 40 or more points the previous week in the playoffs are 3-19 ATS the following week...

And a 9 point spread atm?? I hope more people jump on the Pats.

Good let them think that. With us not having our best game and them steamrolling the Bronco, may just have worked to our advantage in a strange way. I hope we get no respect all week, it actually helps our team.

ESPN.com has a poll on the main page asking which team will win the Superbowl. We are dead in last.

I much prefer to be considered an underdog. I think we stand a decent chance if our offense shows up, and our D can play a game like they did yesterday.

Comparisons to the 2009 game are unjustified. Almost two entirely different teams IMO.

Do they forget that not only was Flacco so hurt he basically handed the ball off that postseason, and that our starting wide receiver was the same guy who dropped what might have been the game-winning first down in Foxborough earlier that season? We beat them when they had a better defense and when our quarterback might has well have been a crash-test dummy for all he did out there. Now we have a good receiving corps and our quarterback is coming off of the best postseason start of his career.

I love it.

This team is always at their best as underdogs.

They seem to lay an egg at times when they are the favorites.

I am glad we are underdogs. We have won every game this year when most of the "Analysts" predict that we will lose. Its when we get all of the votes to win that we tend to lose or almost lose the game.

While Cam's predictable playcalling had a heavy hand in yesterday's performance, the o-line performance was really the key to all of our offensive struggles yesterday.

As far as the spread goes, as others said, not surprised after yesterday.

we should be underdogs, did you see how we played ?

Our OL played poor, worse than poor...no WR or TE really stepped up other than Boldin and that 1 catch by Lee Evans

Our run game never really got going

And Joe Flacco is actually being called a choker, which is ridiculous if u actually understand football and watched how the team played yesterday.....Joe was running for his life
