Day? More like week. This game is basically a bye for them.

No. They are still playing and exerting physical energy.

Now that it looks like Tebow time is coming to an end ,it worries
me that if we win and go to New England they will be extremely fresh
as this is a joke of a game at halftime and New England isn't even breaking
a sweat . I think this is why some Ravens fans wanted the Squeelers to advance
and then two physical teams could beat up each other .

This is like a exhibition game for New England ,ugh !
Maybe it will be good for us , if you think about it. They will have fat ego's coming into the next game. We might get an edge from this. But on the other hand, im sure they didnt forget us embarrassing them so bad at their Stadium. So that might give them an edge. I have full confidence in our OFFENSE , Flacco has been getting more Accurate every game and he is meshing really well with his WRer and more so with Pitta a.k.a THE EXPRESS < you heard it here first, new nick name. Also our Defense better play better than that crap, they better cover better. One thing is we wont have to stack the box for their running game because it really doesnt exsist, so they are honestly more one dimensional , we could put an extra pass rusher in there or even a CB or POLLARD (He love blitzing and really loves hitting, plus he is good at it,lol) . That's the only way we could beat Brady anyways, by putting pressure on him and making him hurry up, that how we beat him last time.

if we can run the ball all game and melt the clock we keep brady off the field. Then if our dfence keeps brady from scoring to much then we win. I believe we can beat them. That is if we can run the ball.
You do know the PATRIOTS secondary is pretty bad right??? Also they are ranked 1st or 2nd in giving up 25 yards or more. (Deep Balls)

I think if it came down to being on Flacco , then we still have a good chance. In the First meeting, Flacco was dealing with a bad hip injury and also he wasn't asked to do much because after Rice got a T.D and the Defense did what they did, he really didn't have to.

If we play the patriots AND we bench Flacco, Reed and Lewis we will win for sure.
Huh???What thats supposed to mean, Flacco could get it done easily against their Defense. Flacco is nothing like TEBOW and that is a GOOD thing. Flacco is 100 times more accurate than Tebow. You have to remember their D is ranked 31st or 32nd. Im more worried about N.E. and their Offense. As long as our D comes to play like they do in big games and our Offense do what they do, we should win by a good margin, imo.

What the Ravens have to do is they have to get to Brady. If they make him uncomfortable in the pocket he will be rushed to make passes and make more mistakes. Knock him down a few times. The problem with the Broncos is they let Brady sit back and take his time making passes. If we can do this it will make a easy ride to the super bowl. Assuming we beat the Texans.

I'd use Paul Kruger to cover that Gronkowski dude. Kruger, a former QB, has some safety cover skills with good size and tackling ability. What do you think?
I think we need a proven cover on him.

Wait, what? I'd rather not. Gronk is way too agile for a big guy like Kruger. I might say Webb as a candidate, although the height difference scares me. If anything, Jimmy Smith is the ideal match up, but I don't like our top cover corner going against a tight end.

I hate how everyone on Twitter and such is acting like a Ravens/Patriots title game is a foregone conclusion. Being an overwhelming favorite makes me nervous, I prefer when we're the underdog.

CB's have to get ready to be left on islands b/c our safeties will be busy making life hard for the Patriots TE's. Lots of Cover 1 and Cover 2 press and the pass rush has to be clicking.

Webb is this team's top cover CB.

Jimmy on Gronk wouldn't be a bad idea.

Pats havent faced a defense as good as the Ravens all year. And the Ravens will move the ball unlike any teams they have faced. The patriots just beat their first team that had a winning record

Attacking on the ground will be the key. Once the Patriots started to up the tempo tonight it seemed like the Broncos decided to dance to their tune. Rather than sticking with the run game they started to try and run more tricks and passing plays. However, Tebow isn't developed enough as a QB to stick WRs on out routes (what the Pats were giving up all night), and Belichick seems to have gotten his defense ready for the option pretty well. The Broncos got away from what works for them, and it killed them tonight.

The Ravens just can't afford to let themselves be intimidated if the Patriots quick offense does strike against us. Keep the running game going, keep their offense off the field, and wear their D down. That and try to get after Tom Brady enough that he at least has to move off his spot, something the Broncos failed dreadfully to do.

No secret in beating the Pats. Flush Brady out of the pocket, run effectively, and make a few plays through the air.
The hornet's nest is coming to their house in 7 days.

Oh yeah its left field alright.
Yeah I was being VERY sarcastic. There is a long thread about Ed and Ray being "liabilities " on certain downs and should be taken out of the game. (no, I am not kidding)

Plus all the Flacco haters, some of whom would swear to high heaven Tyrod is better.

Yeah. I dont get it either.

Yeah I'm thinking Jimmy or BP to cover Gronk. The Patriots really showed how limited as a QB Tebow is, Joe wont have the same problems dissecting NE's defense.

Ray Rice scares me and so does that Raven defense..but IMO you guys will be heading to Foxboro !!!

This is not BS but the Ravens are my next favorite team because i love defensive football

If you guys come into Foxboro and win I become a Raven fan the rest of the way..I did say when you guys played the 49ers that i thought we were looking at the Superbowl preview..
