I know it's sweat, but I kinda like how Cary Williams jersey looks in this pic. Lighter at the bottom, fading to darker purple towards the top. Or even fading to black.

I personally would love a blackout. Helmets a matte carbon black with no logo. Jerseys black with black numbers with white outline. And all black pants.

Or the purple jerseys/ black pant combo being our permanant home jersey

That's exactly what we have now. We nees a change. Id be happy with scrapping the white pants for black pants atleast. But would like even more change

Keep it real simple and make white the home jersey.

The black or purple would only come into play when on the road and some team wants to try and make the Ravens sweat a little in dark jerseys .

I think you never change when you're winning. With all the success we've had in recent years, Ravens unis now are not something an opposing team wants to look it. You make changes when things are going down the tubes, people have had enough, aren't coming to games, aren't buying the merchandise. You introduce it as "new look, new attitude," blah blah...

I don't want a new look. I love the teams that stay classic. We're not old enough to be "classic," and our first uniforms were indeed not too easy on the eyes, but I think we've found a winning look and one that is easily recognizable with the character and tenacity of our ballclub.

the only thing I would like to see done differently is the road uni's go back to white on white....don't care much at all for the black pants with white shirt....keep the home uni's purple on white.......just my opinion though

You're right. The companies just get the rights to manufacture the jerseys and put their logo on it, the teams and NFL hold the jersey designs.
