You'll see how we come out and dominate. Not being cocky. Being realistic.
I don't see the Ravens losing this game, but I don't think we will completely dominate either.

Just as long as we win and come out healthy, I'll be happy!!

Welcome to our normal rooting ills after we've lost in the playoffs the last few years.
I can now relate Bro.....it is indeed painful.

So what team do you like? Or do you like football at all?
I'm a Steelers fan, and yeah I love football. Hey ya gotta take the bad with the good. Just a whole belly full of bad this year. But hey, 12-4, I'll take that pretty much any year. But the steelers were the most unimpressive 12-4 I've ever seen.

Okay Steelers. Make sense then. You must really be hating the Broncos. There is a Steelers fan where I work and he said he is now rooting for the AFC north division to win it all. You could go that way.

Come on over to the dark side. We would be happy to have you.

What makes it worse for the Steelers fan is the amount of coverage Tebow gets. Steelers fans can't even turn on the tv for five minutes without seeing a Tebow highlight against the Steelers.

yeah its like Tebow every 5 minutes on espn. They always show the same play lol. But im sure if they beat the Broncos they would be overhyped as well. Id rather see Tebow then Ben winning and being so good on his "injured" foot.

To the great joy and pleasure of all Baltimorians (notice I didn't say Baltimorons) watching the NFL for at least the next two weeks will be like sticking needles in my eyes.
Sure, I hope Houston wins, but I also hope it's 85 degrees and sunny tomorrow. Regarding Denver and New England, there is no way under any circumstances I can root for the Patriots. But rooting for Tim Tebow will be like rooting for stomach flu. Besides, the only reason Tebow was great last week was because the Steelers pass rush (which was non existant) and their secondary was equally as bad. Tebow is a total fluke and will be nothing more than a foggy memory this time next year.
So that leaves me with Ravens vs. Patriots next week. It might as well be Osama Binladen vs. Satan.
In the NFC, I hate Tom Coughlin, I hate Eli Manning.
I'd be ok with San Francisco except for the fact that a Harbaugh is there too.
I don't really want to see the Packers repeat
So......GO SAINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey this all may work out in the end
Welcome to our nightmare each year we've lost in the playoffs.

You guys just might have it worse though....having to go through that play over and over and over as the media drools over Tebow. I do actually feel for you in that regard.

Well....wait. I do recall seeing a certain Hairball play over and over and over.....and then again this season, over and over......

hmmm...karma maybe? j/k

We will win but I don't see how you guys have Houston scoring anything over 13 points, if that. They will need turnovers deep into our territory to get TDs or blown coverages which I don't see happening. Not only will we lock up one of their strengths which is the run but it will have a trickling effect which will take away from their other strength, the PA stretch waggle plays.

A total defensive battle-thankfully Baltimore has an all world defense!

I have the score being 24-10. It will be tight in the first half because I think we come out a bit tentative, but then we turn it on in the second half and score to put the game away.

We put up 29 points last time so offensively, we have the edge by a nice margin.

23 -16 Texans

We get an early lead with a downfield pass to Andre Johnson and have some early success running the ball with Foster. Putting us in a 14-3 lead at the half. You come back in the second half and almost catch us. You keep us out of the endzone but arent able to stop us from picking up 3 FGs.

Dreams are nice to have

So....I get you seeing you guys picking up more points than the last time we met because you think that one guy, Andre, is going to just blast your offense wide open but how is it you think you are holding us to 16 points? lol We scored 29 last time we met and I'm pretty sure your D played. Come on now. Don't you know that the Texans defense is the only unit in the league that has progressed since week 6? Silly ravensdfan, trix are for Texans!

I dont blame you for being confused. It is a little known fact that week 6 is NOT actually the playoffs, and in fact it happened months ago. If we were able to go back in time to the day before we played you, and I made this prediction then, your comments would make more sense.

Well,

Your injured guys are back, but so are the Ravens injured guys back....
Both teams know it is the playoffs, so both teams will step up their play....
Both teams have had a chance to gel some more, get used to working together...
Both teams have equal, though different reasons to "want" it...
You still have that very green rookie QB where we have our franchise veteran...
Otherwise everything is pretty much the same as last game.

It s a lock

nothing's a lock. But I'm like 70% sure we pick off Yates at least 2 times and win the game.

13-10 ravens.
cundiff will miss a field goal early on. defenses battle all day. billy will have a 45 yard field goal to win the game....
You are totally right. It is the playoffs and the Ravens are going to play better this time around where we are undefeated at home. At least you're being hopeful but the Texans are NOT going to win this one. Sorry bud.

I NEVER make predictions but ima give it a try...ravens D forces atleast 2 turnovers and texans force 1...flacco throws 2TDs and rice runs one in...foster runs 1 in for houston and then they kick 2 fieldgoals and ravens kick one also making the score 24-13 Ravens

I predict the score ravens 35 texans 14 D make the texans one dimensional and D score(s) on turnovers
Thats a good prediction. Im thinking around thats score also. Some turnovers are going to make that score.

Yea, the Ravens defense is really good, third in the AFC. That is pretty stout. Oh wait, the Texans are second in the AFC.

Now for an objective prediction. Not one cluttered with the thoughts of past playoff disapointments. == Texans 24 - Ravens 17.
Enjoy the game guys/

it is a widely known fact that tomorrow's game IS the playoffs! and your texans are back in baltimore at the wrong time! the Ravens are well rested, healed up, energized and pumped up to play in front of their fans. you texans fans fail to mention that you won your 1st ever playoff game...AT HOME...IN TEXAS!! now...they have to travel on the road and play the Ravens....AT HOME IN BALTIMORE, MARYLAND!! big difference there tex! the Ravens are not the bengals! this is a whole different level! and with "one and done" being on the line...i expect our Ravens to handle their business and....PROTECT THIS HOUSE...and send the texans packing with a loss.

Ravens 786, Texans -29. Ray Rice will become the first running back to break 2,000 yards--in a single game.

I think 20-10 Baltimore. Cundiff misses one FG at a frustrating point. Defensive football. It's cold and the passing game is going to struggle on both ends. Slow game, lot of rushing, not a ton of yards, some three and outs on both ends. Ravens give up a big passing play TD or a special teams TD, get one themselves. Otherwise the D is stout.
