McNair's DUI case Dropped

well just like i expected it to end....McNairs DUI case was dropped against him (yet again) http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/footbal...sports-football

i knew he wouldnt get anything serious (if at all) i mean really....he was arrested for a "DUI" meaning drunk behind the wheel, while under the Influence...... LOL! he wasnt even driving the dang vehicle for crype sake! haha....the case just had to be dropped against him

It was dropped because the driver took a plea bargain which dropped the charge to reckless driving from DUI - therefore removing the offence that McNair was charged under and automatically clearing him.

In Tennessee you can still be convicted of being complicit in DUI even if not the driver (by consent). I personally think it's a stupid law, but at least Steve didn't even have to face this charge in the end and I can't wait 'til training camp now!

Very good to hear I figured it would be as well but I'm glad I know now for sure.

I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't.... I dunno about all of you but Boller make's me WAY WAY to nervous to watch when he play's never know what to expect weather he will have a good game or bad with his tripping over his shoe strings, or dropping the football thank god McNair is good to go!!

I figured nothing was going to happen, I didn't know anything really about it until now. I just heard about it on a preview for the news later tonight, they always make it seem so bad (which makes you want to watch it of course )

Glad to see the charges got dropped. They were ridiculously bogus anyways and it's good to see them happen now so he can just move on and forget the stupid stuff.

Yeah when Jamal had all them charges after he came back he was a different player all together that's when he went DOWN HILL. Good luck though seriously with him this year I hope he does help you guy's out a lot but I just don't see it happening he's all beat up and has bone spur's etc. And his pitty pat up the middle is so obvious to any team that plays him for us especially we will pretty much know exactly what to expect and I hope they don't try and swing the ball out to him in the backfield he can't catch to well =/ *bobble bobble drop*.

Your not crazy, I think he is gonna really be on his game this year. He's more comfortable with the offense also.

I think he's going to show us a few things, after all; I'm sure he still has a bad taste in is mouth after that Indi game.

For that matter, I think it's safe to say WE ALL DO!!
