Texans @ Ravens Playoffs

The Texans defense and special teams looked very good against Cincy .

Their special teams play looks a lot better then ours . I just hope it doesn't make a difference .

Huh? Besides Dallas, none of my other teams (includes the Jacksonville Jaguars) are especially popular.

How can you have more than one favourite team? It's like having more than one wife!

Now why can't this be a norm in our society? When ones angry, there is always the next one.

Dalton is a lot better than Yates, and Dalton couldn't beat us at home. Schwab couldn't beat us, no way Yates does.

It probably will, but it's nothing we're not used to by now.

I agree with all of this. They didn't have Johnson the first game, now they do but they don't have Schaub and Johnson is banged up. The primary focus should be Foster. Yates isn't beating us unless our offense has a total meltdown.

Agreed. I think their offense is similar to ours in that if we can eliminate their run game their entire offense will suffer. At least with Schaub out

Well here's the way I look at it. Either team will have to face Drew Brees in New Orleans, and most likely will lose. I'd rather have Ryan go 0-3 and have Eli be one and done. Because when next season starts people will still be talking about how Matt Ryan has yet to win a playoff game.

Besides, my father is a huge Giants fan, and if the Giants don't win at least one playoff game I'll be hearing about it for a month.
If Ryan loses another playoff game, he will still get more respect than Joe. Does every year.

This is what we've worked for all year. Not worried about the Texans, Teaxans, or anyone else for that matter! Time for a Bmore beatdown!!!!

Definitely, and before anyone mentions the loss to the Jags and Gabbert, this is a playoff game and Flacco obviously has more experience than Yates, and we're hosting. I'm really confident for this game, even though I know I shouldn't be because anything can happen lol

And what are we, 6-0 against teams in the playoffs?

Not only do we have to shut down Foster, but we need to really get after Yates. They have a pretty good O-line, so it's gonna be tough. And we also need to take A. Johnson out of the game too. Shut him and Foster down and we should be good. I just want us to come out posessed and on fire. I wanna see Suggs get one or two sacks. Maybe a forced fumble. I'd love to see Ed get a pick six, but I just don't see it happening. I think if anyone's gonna get a pick it will be Webb or Jimmy. I also wouldn't mind seeing Mcpheenom and Kruger get a few sacks of their own. Maybe Ngata causes a forced fumble. I'd like to see Redding have a big game. And the offense needs to play lights out as well. We're getting Boldin back. With him, Dickson, Pitta, Torrey and possibly Evans, I think our WR corps will be set. And I wanna see Leach put the hurting on Cushing and the rest of the Texans Defense. But it all comes down to me wanting my team to Win. Get the W and take care of business. I wanna see the road to Indy paved in Baltimore.

I know we will, but still. Everybody wanted Texans to win because it would be easiest game but I think theyre just like us. The advantages we have is rest, home field, veteran expierence and Joe. They have a great running game, great D, and great O-line. I dont think its gonna be as easy as many people think. And Broncos are good watch when they beat steelers tommorow lol
We have a better running game, a better D and a better O-line.That is on top of the rest, home field, veteran experience and Joe. They also have a rookie QB, no rest, have to travel to our house, and we have beaten them already.

Does anyone ever think a game will be as easy as many people think? At least one game has to be easy people.

They just blew out the Bengals who we had trouble against last week. I know we'll win this but people are overlookin this like it will be a cake walk, kinda like steelers/broncos as well :)

As long as Cam doesn't get conservative and our offense do what the Saints offense did and what the Texans offense did to the Bengals, we'll be good and heading to the AFC Title Game.

Ravens 34
Texans 21

I normally avoid score predictions but I can't help but feel you're being generous with the 21 points. :D

That's yet to be seen. Probably just a fan being optimistic. Playing with a broken hand is fine if your a O-Line man or defender. But for a pass-catching TE. IT severely hinders your game.

It was on some houston article I believe. They said Dreesen will get alot more action though obviously. They all seem to be really high on Yates. Saying they think he's their future

This is the way we wanted it to go down. Win this game and let the chips fall as they will.

Watching Gameday Final and they had a poll on who is the biggest threat to the Patriots, Ravens were winning with 63% while the Steelers only had like 12% lol.
