That wasnt clean and it wasnt impressive, but a win is a win, and I am excited. I am really nervous about next week. That is going to be a really tough game to win.
Totally agree but keep in mind that the Texans had a Top 3 defense and New England... doesn't.

I'm hoping the drops by Torrey and Lee were more because of it being their very first playoff game. Okay guys, now it's out of your system. You have to show up in Foxborough.

True. Thats my main consolation. I hope that Joe can come out and remind NE why they have the worst DEF in the NFL. Arghh I am so ready for another SB. Who do you guys think you would rather play in the SB? I think it would be funny to see a Harbaugh Bowl rematch. We know we can beat them. It would also be funny to beat NY again for a SB. I dont want to play GB at all.

Their scoring defense is pretty good, but yeah you can definitely move the ball on them.

What an UGLY win. I'll take the W anyway we can get it, but lets be honest here...

We had our [profanity deleted]es handed to us this game. 4 turnovers are the only reason we're going to the AFCCG

Congratulations, you guys deserved the win. Your defense has been the gold standard for a decade, but we will meet you again next year and we will be more dangerous. I'll root for the Ravens for the rest of the post season.

Thats football though. You can't say we only won because of 4 turnovers. Thats the same as saying it was only close because their offense did this, this, and that. We still forced the turnovers. You can't discredit us for that.

Right. Being smarter with the ball than they were still counts. It's not like they were lucky gifts. Although both sides had fumbles that they recovered that could've gone either way.

After all of the bravado shown by some of you fans, I sure hope your eyes have been opened and your hearts humbled. The Texans out played the Ravens all day and in the end we beat ourselves. I hope Ed Reed is ok and can go in the AFCCG.

I congratulate you on the win and wish you good luck against the Pats.

Thanks man. I have a feeling that if Shaub had been healthy the game may have been different. I am soooo jealous of your offensive line. I think if these two teams meet next year, with everyone healthy, it will be an epic clash.

I think I can honestly say that you all will be most Ravens fans second favorite team for a long time. Built just like us with a great culture. Good luck next year.

Lol, really bro? One word: scoreboard. Championship teams do 3 things: 1. Take Care of the Football 2. Stay Healthy 3. Have Quality Depth

The Texans do one, the Ravens do all 3 which, imo was the difference in the game. Chill with the backhanded compliments and accept that the better team won today. You all have a great team though and honestly with a solid QB you probably would've won. Your O and D lines are phenomenal. Good game, better luck next year.

It doesn't matter how you win in the playoffs; a win's a win. The scoreboard doesn't care how you reach the end. One goes on, one goes home.

Wrong. At the end of the day despite 5 drops by receivers, Joe Flacco beat the vaunted Texans defense. Nothing is humbled, you are a good team, and we beat you. I felt we were the better team all year, and we proved it. With a healthy Shaub, things may have been different, but you saw what our quarterback was able to do to you with his o-line's second worst performance of an already miserable season and his receivers dropping 5 perfectly thrown passes. Hopefully we meet again next year, with Shaub and AJ totally healthy and our o-line revamped. Then we can settle this.

Nitrofish is bitter, but he knows the truth. We beat them straight up, no bad calls, no stupid penalties, we were the better team and the more disciplined team.

The Texans outplayed in the Ravens in the trenches, on offense and defense. But the Ravens secondary outplayed the Texans receivers and the Ravens receivers outplayed the Texans secondary. That's where the difference was, the secondary made the big plays and the receivers made just enough big plays (no huge ones) to pull out the win.

why can't the ravens offense get a 1st down running the ball on short yardage? pathetic!

Its Flacco's fault I can guarantee it.

Yep, if it was Rodgers or Brady they would have used the magical psychic powers that good quarterbacks are gifted with to move the D-lineman out of the way so their running backs have a lane.

Beat yourselves? You sound like a Steelers fan. We didn't even play our A game and we won. Three interceptions and a forced fumble recovery? Unless you are saying that your golden boy rookie QB threw the ball to Web and Reed then I do not see how you beat yourselves. That was Ravens making plays. I would have said you guys played all out. That is why we had such a hard time with you. The better team won. Get over it.

Lol a neg from someone who wont speak. We had alot of oppurtunities today and the run game wasnt there. If you think it was close because of Flacco you are delusional. Our D did a hell of a job and our offense did enough to win. Special teams was amazing today. But the run offense did not win it for us. It actually almost cost us on 2 BIG occasions.

Were you being sarcastic when you said "it was Flacco"?

The offensive calls are so predictable. They ran the ball on 1[sup]st[/sup] down, so many times, it could be a drinking game! Cam better come up with something new, next week, or it could be really ugly! And yes, the defense saved the game, but where in the heck was Suggs? We have a better team, then what I saw today.

Seriously you should add (sarcasm) to the end of a post that's sarcastic. It's what I do now.

i.e. "Right now in Philly where I live, it's nice and sunny and oh so warm." (sarcasm)

I could tell you were being sarcastic, but a lot of people, I've noticed, seem to have trouble with it on these boards.

Congrats Now excuse all the Texan fans as we decided the best way to torture Jacoby Jones.
PS go kick bradys butt
Thanks man. Tougher game than I had thought it would be I have to admit.

Congrats on a great season. You guys better come out playing next year and take from those Colts! :)
