We were Flacco got Sacked a bunch of times and hurried the whole first half.

We werent winning the whole entire game. Flacco was getting lit up , not the entire game but our O line wasnt protecting him very well. We only started winning when Flacco started throwing the deep balls to Torrey and Boldin. Rice was a Factor too. But for the most part we beat them throwing the ball.

We were also without Ben Grubbs. It has proven to be like day and night when he isn't in the lineup.

Oh and Andre Johnson was out of that game too. We pretty much shut Foster out though. I will say this, we switched up the gameplan after the half and everything started to mesh.

The rest is going to do our offense and defense a world of good. We will score early and often. Rice will run for 150 yards on them. Boldin will have a great game. We will hit Pitta and Dickson to soften them up, then score deep with Smith. Even Evans will catch a ball or two. It's festivus time and we are going to win them all this year.

I love AJ. My favorite non-Raven. But he is still a bit rusty. Besides a wide open TD catch. He struggled on a few catches today. We can only hope that carries over to next week.

It's going to be the eternal question as always next week. Which is better? Playing off a high of a big wildcard playoff game or playing with rest?

Sometimes rest has hurt teams. For us, I think its a great thing. We have a ton of veterans and would prefer the rest rather than riding a 'high'.

McKinnie/Oher will have their hands full with Connor Barwin and Brooks Reed. But with Boldin back, I like our offense. The Texans also fell prey to our run game late in the game, and hopefully the same will be true this time around. Looking for Flacco to silence critics yet again.

We had too many players battling injuries. There is no high when you are hurting. Now, we can feel sure that they will all be playing at the top of their game. I just hope that we shut down Foster again so that they force Yates to throw the ball. The Bengals missed quite a few opportunities for interceptions tonight.

I know we will, but still. Everybody wanted Texans to win because it would be easiest game but I think theyre just like us. The advantages we have is rest,home field,veteran expierence and Joe. They have a great running game, great D, and great O-line. I dont think its gonna be as easy as many people think. And Broncos are good watch when they beat steelers tommorow lol

I was never really sold on Brooks Reed as a great 1 on 1 pass rusher. He's quick off the snap but Oher is one of the fastest RTs in the league off the snap as well. Barwin can cause some problems but I'll be disappointed if Oher can't contain Reed when Oher has seen the likes of Woodley/Harrison.

I only included Reed because I didn't know which side Barwin plays on. Then I would have to say "McKinnie will have his hands full with Connor Barwin", meanwhile I'm not sure where Barwin lines up.
