Great a whole week of hearing how much Yates is gonna suck next week...

Meanwhile hes managed to look fairly well in his games this year...and his team plays a lot likes ours...good defense and rush the ball..

Guys as Ravens fans we should know QBs don't need to do much to take their team out of stadiums with W's

So please can we not have a week of jags Yates welcome to Baltimore get ready to have this type of game blah blah blah...please please
I agree we shouldn't be too cocky but at the same time we have a right to believe we'll win. 8-0 at home this year (one of those being against this team) and rested off a bye (like last time). We match up well.

Behind the Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, and Oakland Raiders, the Houston Texans are my 2nd favorite NFL team! But not January 15th! Welcome to Baltimore, Mr. Yates!

Why am I not surprised?

Really? Webb is the only starting DB in the NFL this this year not to give up a TD. Webb plus safety help from Ed or Zibi should contain him.
It should. I mean I have faith in him, but lets face it. Webb is an ant compared to Andre. I have 100% faith in him, but physically, Andre has the advantage.

The Texans rely heavy on the run and their defense to keep them in games. Their passing game was dynamic with Matt Schaub under center, but they are down to an injured rookie in Yates. I think this game could be a no contest game, especially considering how good we are at making teams one-dimensional. They would have to beat us with the arm of Yates, and I wouldn't bet on them being able to get it done that way.

The Texans are a good team, and built very well along the line of scrimmage. But come Sunday they are going to find themselves over-matched in Baltimore. Go Ravens!

Game thread already made for next Sunday lol. If we can stop Arian Foster, then the Ravens have a good chance of beating the Texans. I know Cam was at the game so if anything, I hope he learned one thing from this game, keep scoring no matter what. The Texans could have got conservative but they continued to score and I hope we do that.

Webb plays bigger than his dimensions. Even though Jimmy and Cary are closer to his size, I think AJ will have much less success if he goes against Webb.

Can't agree with you there. I'd love "Matty Ice" to be 0-3 career in the playoffs.
I'm with you on that. That and a Tebow miracle-style win over the Steelers would make this weekend great.

All I can say about Houston is: Bring them on. Let's show them what it means to hang with the playoff big boys.
Thats fair, I'm kinda split on that, but I don't think I can stand watching the Giants.:x

Winner of Denver and Pittsburgh I guess. Go Ravens! Dominate!

LOL, well yeah duh! :D I have that figured out, it was an open ended rhetorical question. I was musing about who will win tomorrow when I asked it.

Even though the Texans are a good team I'm extremely confident we'll win next Sunday! I don't even think it'll go down to the wire. And this is coming from someone who's normally cautious going into most games! I think we match up well against them plus we're at home coming off a bye. I just can't see how we lose! Another reason why It's good to get the Texans is we don't have to wait until tomorrow to find out who we got so we get an extra day of preparation. :)

He does, no doubt about that. No doubt about it. I love Webb's courage and ferocity when going against bigger, stronger WRs

Yeah I know we'll have safeties over top. And yeah, I know he's up for it. Andre's just a giant and one of, if not the best.

I see. Personally I don't have anything against the Giants. I think they're the real third seed in the NFC, the ones most likely to upset the Saints or the Packers.

To see Matt Ryan go another year with no playoff wins even after the Julio Jones trade would be sweet.

We beat them when they had Schaub without Andre, we'll see if we can beat Yates with Andre. Personal opinion but the second one seems like its an easier task.

Their Defense is super good, If our Gameplan isnt working, then we better switch it up. We all know the gameplan is to have RICE run the ball over and over again And Obviously they know it too because thats what we do every game. We lose games when we try and switch the gameplan up when its too late. If it isnt working then we better switch it up. We all remember what happened when we played them the first time, we were getting our BUTTS WHOPPED. Then we started winning because Cam Finally put the ball in Joe's Hands. Lets just play Lights Out Defense and try and score as much points as possible, dont let up on them. I dont want to see us trying to Run the clock out before Half time even starts, CAM!!!!

Well here's the way I look at it. Either team will have to face Drew Brees in New Orleans, and most likely will lose. I'd rather have Ryan go 0-3 and have Eli be one and done. Because when next season starts people will still be talking about how Matt Ryan has yet to win a playoff game.

Besides, my father is a huge Giants fan, and if the Giants don't win at least one playoff game I'll be hearing about it for a month.
