Way more than half my HS does lol. They have to tell our football team about drug tests a few weeks in advance so they can flush their system haha. I was just making a statement since half the IB kids are going to places like Harvard, Yale, Duke, Penn and other places haha.

Yeah, not to mention you technically need a prescription (which are easy to obtain, I might add).  Same here in NJ.

I do commend him for attempting to incorporate a bit of rock even though he failed miserably for most of the album.

Technically it isn't legal anywhere since it hasn't been legalized by the national government.
