Personally I like to support my favorite band, and a Baltimore group, Wye Oak. I'm also a big fan of the Decemberists and have been listening to The Darkness a lot to get ready for their tour. Gonna be road-tripping out to Denver to see them play.

Yes they are! Have you ever heard their song Sumthin' for Nuthin? Its from the album Girls, Girls, Girls. Its my absolute favorite song of theirs, but for some reason it never caught on. I was just super happy to find a live album. I love live music, but the only song I knew of that they did live was a cover of Jailhouse Rock. Im waiting for the live CD to arrive and I cant wait for it to get here. Any day now!

Im into hair and glam metal, so I just got some Ratt and Dokken from the library. Im interested in how they are going to sound. Being a Diehard Crue fan, I probably have pretty high expectations, but then I dont expect anybody to be as good as Vince, Tommy, Nikki, and Mick. Any of you suggest any other good glam metalers?
