Can't tell you how impressed I am with Eric De Costa. In this day and age of 'give me everything now', the Ravens are blessed with a man who is both talented and loyal. He also seems to know exactly what he wants for himself and his family...hats off to Eric!! The Ravens will still be in great shape when the Wizard of Oz decides to retire.

It all starts with a great front office which we have. Eric has impressed me over and over through the years. Getting players late in the draft Lardarius Webb and Pernell Mcphee isn't luck its great front office personnel. Now why can't the Orioles ever develop a front office like the Ravens??
