Decosta is one of my favorite people in the entire Ravens Franchise. Behind Ozzie and Ray of course, he is my favorite guy. He knows he has the job secured once Ozzie retires or moves on, and will be able to stay in that position for many years to come.

Wow! I love the loyalty Decosta is showing the Ravens organization. That shows you the strong relationship this staff has and this organization as a whole. Decosta who could easily be a GM somewhere come next season would rather sit behind Ozzie and take the reins after Ozzie decides to hang up the cleats. Lotta respect Decosta! Not only do we have the best GM in the league, but also the best GM in waiting.

I could see the Raiders because of Hue Jackson but the Bears and Colts were both insults to this city. Chicago after what they did to us in the draft and the Colts, Jim Irsay...nuff said.
