I dont like the idea of "I hope we dont face x-team".
We aren't the Bengals or Broncos who lost our way into the playoffs.
We are where we are because we are one of the elite teams. It's those other teams that should be praying to the football gods that they dont see the Ravens on their calendars.
I may be right about some things and wrong about others, but there is one thing I know for a fact -- there is not a team on the face of this planet that we are not capable of thumping.

If we are a true SB caliber team, then it matters not who is put in front of us, they are just next in line to get their hopes crushed.

I agree with you 1,000 percent but be realistic. What has been our achilles heel this season? Quick release QBs we can't get to that are accurate. Brees is the epitome of that. Look at what HasselPECK did to us. Their defense is solid to mediocre but Brees is the truth and he and Graham will have field day. I have confidence in our team but that is a tough matchup....maybe moreso than GB.

Brees is the troof...
But we beat them last time we played very convincingly...and that was with a less talented secondary and mediocre pass rush.

If (easier said than done) you can mitigate their pass game, they really have little else to beat you with.

Scary team, tough matchup for sure -- but let's not sell ourselves short either. How do they hope to contain Rice? Do they even pretend to try to run on us? Can they stop us from making big plays of our own offensively?

Not even the 6th best rushing attack in the league? They averaged more yards per game on the ground than we did, +1 more rushing TD.

Not saying we can't compete. But I feel like they are a better team now than when we faced them last year. Plus the game against them was on our home turf in the cold.

The Super Bowl will be a dome.

the Saints would be a hella of alot easier than Rodgers and the Packers. They both rely on their passing attack but nobody can extend the play like Rodgers can right now and that is what tears apart our secondary when we cant shut it down within a few seconds the linebackers and safeties tend to get exposed.
