Calling All HVAC Guys

Know anywhere local (Baltimore/Towson area) I can get cheaper 4 or 5 ton outside units? R22 new or used....

Well, 4 ton heat pump and 11 pounds of freon later, I have warm air on two consecutive 60 degree days...oh the irony!!

Yeah, I should totally do that. MD is too far north for heat pumps, but who knows. I live out in the middle of nowhere with no gas lines (Im all electric) and dont want to have a container added somewhere.

Go oil with an underground tank. Maryland IS too far north for a heat pump. The gas furnance was so much cheaper to run that it paid for itself.

Yes it is--thats why everyone I know runs some kind of electric heater or pellet stove.
