Buying Playoff Tickets

..... No, I'm talking about how automatically tickets go from TM at 10am ( face value) to TE ( Higher price + TE fees) Instantly... if the Ravens REALLY want a home field advantage... they should frown upon this sort of switcharoo ( for lack of a better term) . I'm not poor, but I'm not stupid either. If you can't smell the fish, your nose must be buried.....
[/quote]
I completely understand that and free with it. I wasn't referring to u as much as everyone... It's all about money.. No business is going to frown upon money..
I don't really know the ins and outs of the nfls use of ticketmaster but having used it before for concerts and stuff ive ran I'm gonna say the ravens have no say in the matter since ticketmaster has a deal with the nfl i would presume

If that were true...ALL tickets would be essentially a bid purchase, right from the Start :ie from the Baltimore Ravens. This sort of thing is why we have ticket face values. So, the Ravens themselfs should just sell all ticket to the highest bidder... LOL, thats NOT going to happen.... WAIT, or is it??? LOL.

BTW, don't tak this as me attacking you or anything like that. I'm just trying to vent and point out the fishy nature in all of this.

What's the seating capacity? Mod 3 said there is about 70,000 PSL Owners so approximately how many seats are left for the general public?

According to our website (click the Gameday section at the top of the page), seating capacity is 71,008. I didn't see anything that mentioned how many PSLs there are, but remember hearing that most of the seats are PSLs.

Oh wow...... that's crazy. No wonder why nobody could get Playoff Tickets, most of the tickets were gone already! If the public can only get a "few thousand" maybe that's a sign there is too many PSLs.

I corrected your post.

But I am amazed to see one person get tix. They should just sell the tickets in B-More (same with the reg season). I would prefer to wait on a line overnight than to fight off online ticket brokers (who probably have ins with Ticketmaster).

This is so stupid and I'm really pissed right now! I thought it was just me but obviously there are enraged fans everywhere.. I was hitting refresh all the way from 9:58 'till 10 and by the time it let me in, all tickets were magically gone.........

Wait, did you get TIX?

Yes. On stub hub. Paid through the nose for them as well. $280 worth of face value and I paid HUNDREDS more. Happy I'm going, really upset at how much I got price gouged.

Yea, I'm bidding on EBAY for 4 Lower Levels. Right now I'm at 890. I've have a max out a good bit higher... I surley don't have a good chance at them at that price, but I'll try like Hell.

I guess its a good thing that I much prefer watching the games on a TV these days. Used to go to all home games a few years back, then 5 or 6, the 3 or 4 and then a game or two the last few years. Rather have a comfy sofa, my money in my pocket and the fridge locked and loaded!

Wow.. but see the thing I noticed is that right after I couldn't get nothing through Ticketmaster, I checked Stubhub and Ticketsnow and already seats were up on there being sold. That's not right. I mean if your going to buy the tickets, go to the game don't sell for profit. I mean while someone is buying them just to make money, someone else who would have went to the game if they got the tickets wouldn't have sold their tickets and been there on the 15th.

Edit: Stubhub has 2,971 tickets for the Divisional Round game for sale! 1,891 tickets are available through Ticket Exchange! Are You Serious? Absolutely ridiculous.

This. I would have found a way to fly into Baltimore days before the tickets go on sale, got dropped off at the Ticket Booth or wherever they were being sold and waited in line to get the tickets.

Me too, and I live in NC so I'm dropping extra coin just for the flight up to MD lol. Plus it's the PLAYOFFS, who wouldn't want to be at a Playoff game when your team has a home game?

Yup...my business partners are PSL owners and bought tickets this morning. Skyped me and asked if I wanted to go. Said no, but they bought me one anyway. We'll see, but I just really don't dig going to the games as much as I used to. Feel like I miss so much of the game when I am there.

I commend some of you who are buying them on Stub Hub and other ticket sites, I would never imagine anyone wanting to buy tickets from there unless it was close to face value.

There should be a law at how much you can resell tickets for. All of the tickets are 250% more than face value.

Yeah check this out, looking at the Wild Card Games:

Giants/Falcons: Tickets start at $178 on Stubhub

Saints/Lions: Tickets start at $146 on Stubhub

Broncos/Steelers: Tickets start at $99 on Stubhub

Texans/Bengals: Tickets start at $130 on Stubhub

Patriots Divisional Round Tickets start at $168 on Stubhub

Oh wow, I can find a Ticket to the Broncos/Steelers game at $106.20 on Ticketmaster but yet can't find tickets for the Ravens Divisional Game on Ticketmaster?

The minimum on SH for our game for. Or corner Endzone uppers are around 270 each+ fees. They know how Baltimore loves the Ravens! Granted, what I'm talking about is the divisional round..... Prices are slightly higher face, IIRC.

Yes but at least those are REASONABLE prices unlike our tickets that doubled from Face value.

It seems the Ravens sell a lot more tickets to corparate companies which is why most of the tickets are resold at a crazy price.

Other teams don't see to have problems like this, it's evident in the resale of tickets.

Yeah I notice that, it seems more corporate people get tickets rather than the general public. You guys think there will be any tickets released by the end of the week or next week?
