kinda sounds like rex ryan lol. you guys think this is a dumb or smart move?

I don't think that's like Rex Ryan at all. It's what every player in the league should be thinking. If you'd rather be in the pro-bowl than the Superbowl, why are you playing professional football? Something I just noticed. The list Ray is on, he has four more pro bowl appearances than the other guys with him have combined.

I'm not sure how this is even remotely like Rex Ryan. He didn't guarantee anything, he didn't say what the Ravens were going to do to anyone.

He simply said that he's planning on practicing for the Superbowl and not going. If there is anyone on any of the playoff teams not thinking the same thing and not willing to say the same thing, they need to just go home now.

You hope that the best will happen but expect the worst to happen. You expect the worst to happen out of life because if you don't, and the worst does happen, you won't know how to handle it. "Expecting" the worst basically means mentally preparing yourself for the worst so if and when it does happen, you will know how to respond to it.

One thing that annoys me about Suggs is that for every monster game he has, he has a 3 game hiatus it seems. I'd rather have a guy like Jared Allen who shows up EVERY game and not just when he feels like it. I would like a consistent pass rusher. Our pass rush has been very down lately; someone needs to step up.

McPhee and Kruger are kind of quiet lately but Kruger did collect his sack against the Browns.

Our defense need to step up and destroy the Bengals front 7.
