I'll update this post to include the official link when they are actually announced but for the time being here are the rumors that are trickling out about the Ravens only:

I'm disappointed for Webb. Thoughts?

Webb should have been in. I heard Oher was at one point leading the vote-getters at right tackle, but I'm sure the players and coaches were smarter than that. He's been good, but not Pro-Bowl good.

Is there a thread to talk about the overall roster of who got snubbed and who don't belong? Looking at the rosters, some players don't belong and am I the only annoyed by the fact the Tackle and Guard Position is one position and isn't seperated by Left Tackle/Guard and Right Tackle/Guard? I mean they seperate Free and Strong Safety but Tackle and Guard are all one position?

Regarding the Ravens, I would say Ed doesn't belong because he has been very quiet and hasn't had that good of a year to be a Pro Bowler and that Eric Weddle should have been the one to start at Free Safety. No other complaints for me. Very happy to have 7 Pro Bowlers but too bad they won't play as they will be preparing for the Super Bowl, I wish they move the Pro Bowl back to after the Super Bowl.

Very disappointed for Webb, outside of Revis, there are really no good corners in the AFC...
I agree Webb was snubbed but Champ Bailey and Jonathan Joseph are darn good. There are a bunch of other good CBs in the AFC.

Oher was at one point the leader of all AFC tackles (LT and RT) in fan votes only. No RTs got voted in, only LTs which is wrong IMO.

I can't disagree with Johnathon Joseph being selected but I've seen Champ being beaten this year. Definitely a selection sparked by reputation.

I'm already seeing people talk about Tebow not going to the Pro Bowl and asking if he should have went or not. Tebow didn't play enough games to warrant being considered. I really wish NFL would make it where you have to play X amount of games in the season to be on the Pro Bowl Fan Ballot and to be considered by the Players and Coaches.

I agree. From what I understand, the right tackle is supposed to be the better run blocker while the left tackle is the more adept pass-blocker. So while they're both tackles, it sounds like they're different enough to be considered 2 separate positions. Maybe I'm wrong on that, but if it is the case then there should be separate voting for right and left tackles.

We can't be happy for our guys that made it for 10 mins without snark or controversy? Really?

Big time congrats to starters Ray Lewis, Ray Rice, Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata, Ed Reed, Vonta Leach and backup Marshal Yanda!!

Outstanding job.

I take it you mean the fan voting? If so, don't forget fan vote is only 1/3rd of the actual vote. Other 2/3rds is coaches and players.

Tebow? That defense won them all those games. The guy got exposed against New England, the worst passing defense in the entire league. It was basically a game that said "Here we'll give you the easiest team to pass on, but they have a great offense. Now you'll get to showcase how good YOU are at leading your offense and scoring." Same thing in Buffalo. What happened? Completed 50 percent of his passes against the Pats and 43 percent against the Bills, 1 TD and 4 picks against the Bills, who are known for their great secondary. His qb rating is worse than Joe's, and he's completed less than 50, yes 50, percent of his passes in 7 of the 11 games he's played in, and completed over 60 percent of his passes just once. Tebow, really? The worst thing about it is we'll never hear the end of this slight from Skip Bayless.

I could understand Haden & JJ, but for Champ?
He's obviously having another good season, but not a better season than Haden or Webb..

It's because he's an entertainer, not an analyst. You know in one of the books he wrote on the Cowboys he claims that Aikman might be gay without a shred of evidence to support it? He just says it offhand, like "Oh btw, Aikman dates but isn't married, so he's probably gay." Aikman apparently wanted to punch his lights out over it.

Yes, Flacco is basically in!
We all know Brady doesn't play in the pro bowl, and Big Ben will probably be injured and pull out. All that leaves is Rivers, and he wont play if he's actually injured like people are proposing.

then my question becomes how does espn defend having him on as an "analyst" and arguing his points when he is so clearly an invalid and unreliable source...that hurts their credibility....i know a lot of it comes down to ratings as people like to watch to see him make an a@# of himself, but enough is enough! i think T sizzle should have decked him when he was on the show this year!!

Dalton is the first alternate and (as much as this sickens me) Sanchez can't be ruled out either. I don't believe Flacco deserves to be in the Pro Bowl however.
