I don't think Yamon Figurs's name has not been brought up yet. He is younger, more versatile, and carries less baggage than Derrick Mason or Terrell Owens, and also has been a member of the team. In 2007, he had over 1,000 return yards and became the only Raven to return a kickoff and punt for a TD in the same season. He was released by Baltimore before the 2009 NFL season after a quite 2008 and 2009 preseason. He bounced around the league afterward. He also does not have injury, legal, or as bad fumble issues like David Reed. Thoughts?

Figures didnt do much to impress me on returns his last season here. I think we are fine with out him.

Didn't Figurs turn into a turnover machine? We were all happy to see him go at the time and he never stuck anywhere else. He just seemed to lose his magic.

Yamon was never the same after getting decked a few times against Indy back in '08.

Seeing as he's done elsewhere since leaving Baltimore, I don't see the point in bringing him back.

I think that is right.

He would fumble and we would all say " Figures..."

I voted yes because I didn't remember him being a turnover machine. But if he was then definitely no! Draft a great returner/CB ala peterson or mathieu

You are really grasping for straws with this one. I'd rather have Doss or Williams return kicks. Webb has the speed but he is our big playmaker on defense now that E. Reed is slowing down.

I don't know about resigning Figurs but I do think we need to do something about the KR/PR situation. Zibby isn't the answer at KR and it's risky having Webb return punts. I think we can solve this in house though.
